  • Do i need the game in the drive to play??

    Ok I need help big time. I just bought my ffx11 the vana'diel collection today and i am installing it now. I put it in but it doesnt start and i go to my computer and it says there is nothing in the CD Drive. What do i do???

    Vana'diel collection is a dvd not a cd. You will unfortunately need to use a dvd drive to install.

      i have a dvd rom drive will that work

            No. You install it on your PC, PS2 or 360. Although maybe you need the disk in for the console versions. I'm not sure.

              No you dont need it for any of the 3. It all installs and has to update.

                It may just be that your drive takes a while to spin up, or that it isnt mounting correctly.

                Right click your drive and select explore, and see if you can see any of the enclosed files.

                (Or just post to say that you have this resolved)
