  • I did my first "Warrior" thing today.

Another PC, who shall remain nameless, approached me just as I was about to enter the Konschtat Highlands and asked, in the worst possible English, if I could take him to Bastok.

Apparently, the poor guy was from Windurst and was grouping with two level 10s in Valkrum Dunes (his words) and they bailed on him. He must have set his return point somewhere in Valkrum, I don't know if that is possible, but he had died a few times trying to get to Bastok from Valkrum.

Long story short (too late), I cut a path for him from the North Gustaberg side of Konschtat/North Gustaberg zone line to the Bastok Markets zone in. Not very far, but I guess I did my good deed for the day in that.

I can't decide if I have a warm fuzzy feeling from being able to help someone at my level, or if I'm more irritated that I had finally gotten out to Konschtat and had to turn around and run all the way back to Bastok.

I think that happened to one of the new lowbie members in our LS. Someone (Like level 15 no subjob) ran up to him (56 WHM I think) to ask for help. No one told him about Steelfleece Baldarich. LOL

Haha, it's happened to me too. One of the funniest things probably.

I remember the first time a New Player asked me for help, it was a pretty cool feeling. And it turned out that he ended up in the same LS as me and now we go out and Pt all the time. He is a very cool Kat!!

              Congrats to ya!!
