Which opens the age old question that as been repated and never answered why should they believe him when they get the /t from him in the first place. and why does there not believeing him (because as you say 9/10 people have no idea who he is) warrent them apearing on the list.

Actually it brings up nothing. RD has answered your questions already and I'm not gonna take over answering something that you can scroll up or hit 'back' to find. Please, either find your answer in previous posts, ask some new questions...that are actually new and not revamped, old questions, or stop discussing this endless topic. (as I do recall you saying you would a few pages ago).

I do not care if they believe me or not. I give them the location of the list and instructions for removal.

No one has been denied removal from the list, or disputed their being put on it.

And I believe someone brought up if the person was stupid and forgot the site and my in-game name, why should they be punished if they cannot find the list to get off it.

Answer: Stupidity and irresponsibility is not an excuse. Try it with paying taxes, doesn't work, you still gotta pay even if your 'stupidity' caused you to forget or not do it.

that still does not answer the question Why they SHOULD beleive you. careing about if they beleive you or not is not. If they dont know you why should they.. and I belive up a few posts my added question is why does that earn a place on your list when they dont know you from a hole in the ground.

I wish I was on Seraph. I would find all the people on your list encourage them to contact a GM. but i am sure it will happen sooner or later.

It is a threat. It is not an opinion, it is a fact. Just because YOU do not understand the meaning of the word does not mean it's not true.

hey i decided to scourage the list over at allak, and lookie what i found, RD's opinion on people who party with gilseller's

But the fact he claims it's not harrassment, while openly admiting it IS harrassment shows that what he is doing is wrong.

He is intentionally causing these people grief, that is not something that should EVER be condoned. Whether they share his opinion or not does not matter, he has NO right to attack these people. Yet he does and uses that list to do so. It's intent is to harm others and that is proof.

He DOES harrass and attack these people. He admited it SEVERAL times. He posted that SS of him threatening someone, he posted how he intentionally hindered another's EXP pt, it is both his actions AND his intent that cause the problems with this list. It should not be here.

and every admin on this site is condoneing it by letting it continue. there really in the end is nothing we can do about that. But I will continue to post my oposition as long as it exists.
