I'd know because everyone is given a link to the list and would make a post about it. So far, I've never come accross anyone objecting to their placement on the list that was geniunely innocent. If you have, lemmie know cause that would change my mind.

thats kinda of my point...

what if (yeah i know >.>...) someone got stuck on the list and ignored the fact. then later are unhappy about it, but having never noted down the URL have no way of objecting.

They could ask cole online or whoever it was that spoke to them where it was?

Or post on a few server forums and ask its location, alla and ifrit know where it is...

Equally I would assume something would have given rise to them suddenly caring, they could probably ask that source.

Threatening people is harrassment

You and people who follow your list threaten people with it. There are two screenshots proving that fact. Every time you send someone a tell 'leave that party or end up on a list that will smear your name' you harrass someone. Whether you agree with what they are doing or not is inconsiquential, they are not causing anyone any grief. You do however with every threat you send.

You also openly admited to ruining someone else EXP because they did not adhere to your demands

Who gave you the right to impose YOUR rule on others RD?

Why is there no list of the people who do far more damage to the community then people who just party with Sellers? (i.e. griefers, mpkers, botters, hackers, gilbuyers, harrassers, theifs)

Why does he get to decide where the line is for who can and can not party with others?

Who gave him the right to harrass and threaten others in game?

And I'll even throw in a new one

Have you, RD, ever actively MPKeed, griefed, shadowed, or hindered players on your 'Pt'd with GSer's list' in any way shape or form? (Note: refusing to aid, exp or raise a player will not be considered actively hindering players)

Ok ive been out for awhile, but ill step in by saying go back a page, and read my post that still has yet to be awnsered.

(And theres also SE's definition of threat/harrasment, SE is the law in this game, if you do not abide by their laws, your account can be terminated at their will)

Please STFU, I do not abuse players I inform them of the list and of what they are partying with. The almost 100% response from those involved is I don't care who they are I want xp. Some may not beleive you and I treat that differnetly, usually by saking them to speak to their LS if its a well known one.

The list is not a threat its a outcome if you choose to play knowingly in that manner. If you are happy to party with RMT you should be equally happy that people know of this as obviously there is no issue with the action. If you do not wish people to know you party willingly with RMT then I asusme you know the action to be unacceptable and then the question is why have you done it?

For the umpteenth time. I do not. I tell them where they will be listed, what for, and possible problems they will have in the future from it. After the PT either keeps going or is disbanded I do not talk to them again.

That's about as much harassment as what these 450+ posts are towards me here. It is not harassment, get over it or go play Candyland, no one can harass you there, besides that damn purple card that you need to win.

You accpepted harassment in the real world for 4 years without action, do you not feel that you were the source of your own problem. If you accept behaviour you condone it and it becomes tacitly accepted, if you object to it you should stand up t it be it RL or game.

RL even more so in that sphere you are in control all you need is backbone.

to be fair i'm hardly going to have them on my friends list if they've been threatening me with some list.

If you read my posts i'm also asking the question what aout the guy who gets added... ignored the fact... totally forgot about the encounter... year later, has a bad run in with gilsellers... decides never gonna party with them again... is still listed without knowing he is being punished, even though they'll never party with GS's again... it's not like every time someone passes over them for an invite they get a pop up saying "you just got passed over for an exp party because of 'the list'"

Again, with the Teranceanthony defense, the only thing that you people can come back to. The guy provoked me, they were all give the warning in /s between pulls on their PT. I then talked to them in /t, and the guy gets all cocky, so I get cocky back.

If you can't handle this, go read his posts on allakhazam, the guy is an idiot.

Now, keep going like a broken record, I am tired of repeating the same thing over and over again. Unless I see something new that is not answered in this thread by me already or something amusing, I will be toning down my posting in this thread in the hopes the bitching and whining will stop and people will get over it or go do something about it and ask me for a WP.

Because someone who sees these as the larger issue has not stepped forward to make one.

RMT was Gimya on the NIN levels if my memory serves me right, was in the gustav area of Terrigan. I went there and talked to all of them. They promptly 'called GM' on me, then I left after 10 minutes of seeing if they would disband and pulling raptors for the other PT and releasing so they could exp beter than the RMT, and added them.

There you admit to specifically try to hinder someone elses game play. You have NO RIGHT to do that, ever.

This does shine a light on how that over-inflated ego has come to be though. A protective layer of brown nosers does give one a false sense of godhood.



I can assure you though, that his is not unique nor alone in his endeaver. I see it from day to day. People do all sort of crazy things, and often breaking the ToS in the process, in an effort to 'hurt the gilsellers'. Most they have accomplished at best though, is some minor inconvinience for the actual gilsellers, while causing much collateral damage to the by standers (innocent or not).

Seriously, leave the crime-fighting to the proper authorities, however ineffective you think they may be, and just play the game.
