Hell, take the Beastmaster Anthologies there too, in the vein of campsitarus.blogspot.com, you could put it in a much more organized format, and on an easier to find site (beastmaster-campsites.blogspot.com vs. ffxionline.com, beastmaster forums, Anthologies)

Apparently I'm not allowed to post here anymore because Impaction has ruled that I:

1.) Know nothing about RMT on Seraph.
2.) Know nothing about RMT on Bahamut.
3.) Know nothing about Endgame.
4.) Know nothing about RMT period.
5.) Am part of the "problem" because I don't think see things his way.

How he came to these various conclusions is a complete mystery to me, but it's rather clear that there's no point in trying to reason with him, as we are all just as bad as the RMT that this list is so nobly trying to stop. Because it's worse on Seraph than anywhere. Ever. In any MMO. And we just don't get it, and we should just leave them alone, because hey guys! Stop being so mean! Guys?

Impaction has issues. Look at the PLD vs. NIN thread if you want to see other examples. He's quite unqualified to be someone you can count on for unbiased opinions. It's like asking a Fanboy of an opinion on a matter involving two video gaming companies. So you shouldn't let him get to you. Just post on your own terms and merits, don't let other's dissuade you.

Also I'm still waiting on PiNG and Akosygin's take on the legality of this thread's existence in the first place. Remember, player griefing does not just occur inside of a game. One can easily make the connection between this thread and events happening inside of a game and draw a conclusion that this player griefing has manifested itself into a harassment. There's several laws under the federal judicial system with pertinent outlines with regards to handling harassment. Serious charges if the FFXI Online Community is found to have taken part in the acts. I really and seriously urge the admins to make a decision and a stance with regards to this issue (Seeing as I work for a business law firm I can almost cite 500 cases right now on Lexus Nexus with regards to this issue)

Yes, I was the one who brought up the Holocaust, the KKK, and all other evils in this thread. I at no point poked fun at people who brought them up and used it against them in a humorous way.

Oh wait, no I didn't , and yeah I did use people's stupid political analogies to mock them.

Yes, there are groups who openly admit they are of a gil selling organizations, but I have a nagging suspecison that's not the majority in your list.

I also have to add that hiring a lawyer(s) to defend yourself against harassment charges is quite expensive. So anyway, just something I'm curious about. I've still yet to see the admins post in here.

I seem to remember someone spearheading the leaving of allakhazam cause of the IGE buyout. By your current speach, I should move the Anthologies back to allakhzam, just because there are more people and since it was in my journal I could control it. You, who were telling everyone to leave and stop the supprt of IGE. Now you want me to remove a guide that the BST community, one of the best, uses, just because you, who has no clue about BSTs, because you say so?

The one thing that bothers me the most, which hasn't been answered yet is:

Why does someone who doesn't know you, have to trust you are be blacklisted?
how do I know that someone in my PT is RMT just because you tell me so?

Not trying to be a broken record, but if you are going to add me to the list because I didn't bow to your wishes, because I dont' know you from the next guy telling me that you are an RMT, what gives you the divine authority?

Players don't own their characters. It does not apply here.

The 'spirit' of this list is to identify RMT on the server so as to avoid them and inadvertently contribute to the spread of RMT violations of the TOS. It is not made for the harassment of players. Furthermore, there are plenty of examples of 'violator's lists' in current society that are fully sanctioned and perpetuated by the Justice system, so the massive legal leap you took is way off. Not sure what you do at the legal business firm - but any lawyer knows that any case can be argued many different ways: both pro and con.

There's many different ways this can be argued legally, so perhaps your scare tactics are unfounded?
