There is no accident. He says he does not care if the people that he PTs with are RMT or not, which one was.

Those people who "The people who very deliberately sell themselves to help RMT get NMs, raise them, get paid to help them" are up at the top of the list in the Pantheon of scum as I titled it.

And since everyone likes to bring up the KKK, McCarthy, and the holocaust somehow here, I can do the same with equally humorous results. So during the mass extermination of Jews, the Germans that stood by and did nothing, helping their country's soldiers as they baked people in ovens, you say that they are not guilty or responsible in the least since they did not do the baking themselves? Forget the great sociological debate of a mob mentality, if they someone tell them about the death camps, give them proof of it, and show them a big old list of those who did the exterminating, would you still defend them when they stood by and kept feeding their soldiers?

RD, in the screenshot with Saerael, both people acknowledged that they knew they were partying with a gilseller. I think the way the conversation after that point was unnecessarily rough, but it serves as proof that knew they they were helping a gilseller and didn't care.

In contrast, have you ever contacted someone partying with a known gilseller who was unaware that the person in question was a gilseller and was added to the list after reacting negatively to your threat of defamation or MPK?

Not in my memory I have not. It is pretty much either:

A. Oh, sorry, I did not know, will kick/leave the PT now.

or

B. I don't care, you don't have the right to tell me what to do, go ahead and add me to your list.

Why is it that people feel the ignorant need to bring in the holocaust, McCarthy, KKK, and all forms of extreme examples of human depravity to try and illustrate their simple point. Do you think that it gives your argument more weight? You have no clue about these things if you can mention them in the same context. Try not to insult those of us who KNOW the ramifications of war, genocide, and/or racism, etc. (usually these are all in the same bucket) by equating a petty list to RL horrors. That's just a polite request - I'm not trying to flame.

These things are brought up because there are obvious similarities between them and your little operation.

This is what I have the most objection with. As I've mentioned in an earlier reply. You do not have the authority to uphold the rules on SE's server. Neither did KKK have the right to punish those who they deemed guilty. It's not your job. You can try to apply for the position with Se and get it rightfully, but before you accomplish that, you are not the law enforcement on the server Seraph.

Guilty until proven innocent? Guilt by association? Guilt by suspesion alone?
I see a flawed justice system. While it's true that no justice system in RL is perfect, this thing you got has holes you can drive trucks through.

As another player, you simply cannot conclusively determine that someone else is a gilseller, unless you become a gill buyer. (then you'd both be banned) Even if someone admits it in /tell, it's not evidence. I'd reply 'yes, I am a gilseller' to /t from a random nobody just to poke fun at him. People camping something constantly doesn't prove a thing either. We have a THF in our LS who's been camping THF Knife full time for the past few months and yet to get a drop. He would surely look like a botter/GSer in the eye of a competing player. A Player with good reputation on Ramuh even asked (and received) a pearl to a 'well-known' (again, heresay) gilseller LS, so just he can wear it and have a good laugh with his boddies.


So where does that leave you? Just a list of suspects that you willingly convicted without proof, and no authority to punish them.




While the list may have been born out of well intents, it would not do any good but to build resentment between player groups.

When you tell someone you're adding them, do you tell them where to find the list and how they can be removed? You mentioned a macro script to that effect earlier, but also that it was lost, and it doesn't show in the posted screenshot.

They are all told the location of the list, and the instructions for removal are in the thread itself and quite simple. The macro was used for when people would report to me that a GS was PTing with people and I did not want to make the trip to whereever it was because I was busy. In this case I was right there in Terrigan with them and did most of the talking in /s.

As for iding sellers I know you're somewhat of an intellectual midget but I would suggest loggin onto Seraph and spekaing ot the leaders of Dynacore, BeyondTheLimitation and Galleon and verify the main seller accounts.

As for Yuanlung all I can say is we have no autority over other players, none at all. Who ever chooses to use the list can whoever doesn't there call. What we do have is the right to choose how we play and who with. Those who choose the same stance as us will allienate these players. The fact that attention is payed ot this by end game LSes etc is all that is needed. If you can not identify the RMT accounts on your own server at 75 I dispair for you.

You are asking the same questions you and other people have asked over and over again. I am answering them over and over again. Take the time to go read. I have answered all your questions, you just for some reason cannot read what I posted apparently, maybe you have foreign language support set to change all words following my name to Wingdings or something, because that is the only explanation.

Shouldn't you and your supporters be hosting your little list somewhere out of your own resource? You know... your own page, with some kind of structured management? I mean, even though PiNG tolerates it... just to show some initiaves, take some responsibilities for some credibilities, instead of leeching out of fan site forums?

Should you provide me with your request for one prior to that post, I'll shut up about that. Yet when Cole posted the WP directly in a post for you to use, you back off, stating that oh your mules have too much crap on them and it's not worth your time. That is a pathetic cop-out. What makes Seraph so special that we need to invite you onto it to see who the RMT are? Lemme answer that with another question. What makes you so damn special that we have to prove anything to a non-Seraph player with a hissy fit for something he doesn't like or doesn't use, because of a simple bit of a morality issue. In fact, has anyone listed, who were all given the website on allakhazam for the old list, and here for the new list, come here and complained about being wrongly identified and not removed?
