Ask Jath, he was a friend of Matzatara (does not play anymore, i believe) who defended him, stated he would PT with RMT and didn't care. Recently hit endgame level, is in my dynamis LS and was removed from the list on page 2 on this site if my memory is correct.

Exactly. There seems to be far too much anecdotal evidence here. Cole says that these people partied (possibly only once) with Gil sellers, and as such, people should be encouraged to "make their lives hell".

You're missing the most important part Task, the only place that MPK can happen now is up in sky with detectors spawning caretakers that do not despawn. Oh, the GS know that trick, hell they taught everyone else. 6 minutes until i sleep if ppl want any parting shots tonight.

I can think of at least one way to MPK a party that's exping on linking mobs, but that's really beside the point. It doesn't really make a difference to me that it's hard if you're still encouraging people to do it. It only really matters to me that it's encouraging ToS violation.

I'm still waiting for waiting for word back from an admin on the subject, since this conflict has escalated up to their level, but if it were my decision I'd be much more comfortable with the whole thing if that part was removed.

And once again. No one has PMed me with wanting a WP. No one has been denied the information that led to people being put on the list to start. Hell, I am pretty sure 1/2-3/4 of this list is out of date, as in quit/banned by now. No one on the list has complained on this site yet. No one on the list complained on allakhazam and denied what they did.

I cannot help I did not photobucket every damn image I took. I suppose I am not as obsessed as Feba and people would make you think.

What steps do we need to take in order to possibly get this list removed from the forums altogether and placed on RD's own server space (be it a webpage, blog or other online journal)? Because I'm seeing less and less reason for this list to be here, in light of what consitutes proof for him.

And it's not a matter of being denied the info, it's a matter of your info being insufficient. If you can't answer the very basic concerns, you do not deserve to upkeep the list.

Think about what you said with complaints. If someone didn't know about the list in the first place, what's the chance that know about the forum?

I've never said you were obsessed, however, you are fudding things. You said,in the original thread, that you had only spent a few minutes each week on organizing it. And now you're going out and talking to people in PTs, and threatening to MPK them?

He joined my dynamis LS this summer. A year after the event. And we had some of the people in the top of the list, Krazi/Bedoiun/Xusic in the LS at one time too. Even after they did the deed. It is the only public NA dynamis LS to smack DL in the mouth, and they have been gone for a while. I make it a point to not bring crap up when it does not need brought up. Hell, I think we have at least 1 person in the LS who wanted to put on the list to defend their friend who was PTing with GS cause he was sick of waiting for a PT.

And Jath was removed from the list when he followed the instructions. Go read the old posts in the List on this site Feba. I follow the rules that are set. Unlike people who need smacked by admins to stop trying to open up a can of worms where it does not belong.

I have given proof for all additions since the move. I have given the information I had for people before then. I do plan on seeing who plays anymore and trimming this list down over the summer. Hell, just to stop the bitching, lookie lookie, I put a spoiler in so you babies don't have to look at that part of the list.

You haven't provided any useful and/or convincing proof. If you don't start providing something beyond anecdotal evidence then I'm going to petition to have this list removed to a private server space.

Speaking only for myself as a poster and player and not as a moderator, I will consider the list to be a good thing when every name is accompanied with evidence like that displayed for Saerael, especially for the "association" part of the list, and the blessing for MPK has been removed.

I understand the desire to do everything possible to stop the spread of RMT, but it's important to me that the rules of the game are respected and that there are no avoidable innocent victims. Denying entry into parties or endgame linkshells based on hard evidence of association or affiliation with RMT is something I can form no objection to.

If someone on my server were to create such a list and I was approached by someone to leave my party because of RMT or else, I would want to be dead certain that I wasn't throwing my evening away for no bloody reason before I considered a favorable response, especially if I was a DD who'd been waiting days for a party or one of the five people who'd been waiting forever for a tank to materialize or what have you. The only way that would happen is if I knew you had a rock solid history of proof.

Hell if i know Ael. You Feba and others could not keep on topic in the original thread and kept argueing with me, despite the moderators' orders. I'd respond to this over in the List if you posted it there, since it is very entertaining to me.

You know, taking 3 days to get you guys to give me a name you wanted my information on, then you saying it is not good enough even though it is in the limits agreed to when I moved this here.


And Feba, go ahead, move it back there. See how fast you get smacked for OOT posting if you post something besides wanting information.

You are not a mod Feba, as much as you would like think so. You have no power here. There is no sub-default here. Should the admins decide for me to contact the people on the list and post screenshots of them acknowledging things, i will. Until then, I will do as I damn well please.

Thanks for this whole arguement too you guys, making it a lot easier to get my title sooner.

So Ael, you are saying that Chrismeng was not a RMT? You are saying that if you ask anyone in endgame on Seraph who has been there a year, they will not know about Chrismeng? My Sareal proof is not good enough? Even though they admit they know he is RMT. Even though Chrismeng, even though banned for half a year+ now, is still the second most known RMT on my server...

Just because you don't know jack about Seraph anymore, does not mean you can pass judgment on us that are still there Ael.


And for the last time!

When ppl are added to the PTs with sellers list, they are told of the sellers. I talk to them, try to reason. Give them the site of the list. Then I wait. After 10 minutes, I inform them of my disappointment and go put them up.

I do not do this as happily and free of guilt as people think. I do it because it is right.

Also, I have in the past, asked the people what HNMLS would they like a member from to confirm for me. They have all declined, but I have enough contacts I could have provided someone at most times of day.
