Look in the thread itself. Look in the original Seraph thread. All proof for old people is there.

Only new thing I've seen there is a person who says they have screenshots, but theres no link, no nothing.

All I really think I see coming from your side of the argument, is that we dont know anything.

But the whole thing is that you HAVE to show proof to stay. There's been no proof. PiNG is allowing this to stay if you show proof if you can show your doing this for a greater good.

All ive seen from you for ever is that you cannot accept the fact that this is not alla, and that people will debate wether this thread will stay

(IE:"Nothing can be said that has not been said on allak", "You know nothing if your not on Seraph", "Feba you suck, your a troll no one like you go away" (hehhe with the way you've been handling yourself in these threads your awesome Feba))

If you wanna do stuff like "the list" do it on your own bandwith, its not very hard. Basic HTML take minutes to learn, and you can use an editor

Unless you can provide evidence that each of the people on the "Supports and/or Assists" RMT have actually willingly supported and/or assisted RMT (and I don't mean not vacating a party when some stranger comes up and threatens to MPK them), then I don't think your list should be here, and I will continue to petition against it until you move it to your own server space.

I skimmed the thread here and the thread on Alla. I couldn't find too much proof. I think, if it exists (I'm not saying it doesn't), it would be really helpful to have it on the front page, maybe in a section under the names listed.

The whole situation is pretty funny. Apparently Cole is pretty famous on Seraph.

Some guy called Cole "Osama MPK Laden" in the Alla thread, that was pretty funny.

Feck it, you guys know where I stand on the subject, and I know where you guys stand on the subject. I'm just going to bow out gracefully so I can still reclaim what respect I've lost for a few of you. I don't believe we need to argue this much about it, but it's Cole who has the proof, and it's Cole who's going to give it to you. I'm just a third or fifth wheel, depending on what you're driving.

You don't believe it, but The List has worked well thus far; it's not only informative, but it's preventative. It has a new home, and it shall abide by new rules. Please wait until somebody makes a mistake before jumping all over it. Give it a chance, that's the only way you'll see whether it works or not.

The burden of proof to prove the people we're putting on the list actually deserve to be there is on us. The absense of evidence is not the evidence of absense, and you have no proof that we have no proof. It's obvious you, the know it all, Feba, the common troll, and Mhurron, the man living in the Twighlight Zone, are only here out of spite.

Flames aside (and good job on those, really - you have a talent for it, I've noticed), where is the proof that these people belong on the list? That's the whole reason for all of this! Where is the proof?

Guilty until proven innocent isn't how it works. If he doesn't have proof that all of the people on that list belong there, then they shouldn't be on the list, or the list shouldn't be here. Proof is one of the requirements of it's presense here at FFXIO, so what's the problem?

Because your methods are deeply flawed. And Cole seems dead set against providing proof that any of these people belong on the list, which, once again, is one of the requirements for it's continued support here.

How do you not see a problem with that? The List has a new home now, and thus it will abide by the rules PiNG has set forth.

If you don't like The List so much, then you can make sure it's abiding by all the rules instead of wasting your time complaining about it. We're doing something beyond bitching and moaning, why can't you?

Guess what? That's the whole point of this! We haven't seen any proof. Cole keeps saying that he has it, but has yet to provide it. If he's got time to make a list blackballing dozens of names, then he has time to back himself up with proof. It's that simple.

Of course my suggestions and the rest of the post will go unnoticed. Aelathir will just happen to pick a point I've already discussed and beat it into the ground.

Yes it has abided by the rules. PiNG wanted screenshots for all people added to the PTs with sellers list after the list moved here. Those images are in the thread.

I've been aware of the list for over a year now, and I have seen the effect it has on the Seraph community. I don't honestly think I'm going to change my mind on that subject.

I don't think The List should be here if Cole isn't willing to provide proof for all of the people on the "associates with RMT" section of the list. Change each person's name into a link if you must, but for crying out loud, have a reason for putting them up there.

If he's not willing to do that, then I will continue to push for his moving it to his own server space, where he can do as he pleases.

Also, I'd like to call attention to this bit at the end of the first post in the list thread...

Some have been kicked, but most of them are still on. Feel free to MPK them at will and make their lives hell. This is the list I keep by me and add to as time permits.

I don't think we should have a thread here that encourages players to break the rules by MPKing anyone, suspected gilseller or not. You are not SE employees. You are just players. MPKing is against the TOS, and as such shouldn't be encouraged here.

That part of the list isn't exactly long. If you don't already have this information organized so you can pull up a person on request, then you've got no reason to have them on the list.

Remember what I said on page one about my old assistant? She tried that crap too. "I have it, but I can't just give it to you when you come up and ask for it!"
