Hell, you can go clear out the entire zone of Valkurm as a high level job and it's not against SE's rules.

That maybe. However, sending /tell to a player with a demand and a threat "I will add you to a list", "I will take all your mobs", or even "I will MPK yoru party", is against SE's rules. Clearing the zone after sending such threat will be concidered a form of harrasement.

yes it is I saw a post where someone was jailed in game for stealing all the mobs from a pt and there was a screenshot as well.

Ping is rather busy my guess, his feelings on this are somewhat understandable. It *is* done with a somewhat noble intention, but the excecution is where the problem lies.

So me saying I will possibly ruin someone's endgame experience is harassment.

Then I submit Kailea for harassing me by suggestion my 'banning' on the same definition.

Neither of us have any power to do what we said, neither of us were told by people in power what we said was wrong, and both of us are in effect threatening to remove part of the other's FFXI experience.

You can't have it both ways. Now, can we all just agree to disagree? No one on either side is going to change someone on the other's opinion, every is pretty well set. We are going around in circles, saying the same crap over and over again making no progress. I have done some changes to the list, and will be spoilering the PTs with sellers so you have to god forbid, be forced by me to click twice to see it, when the July 1st update comes. Also, see post 489, since so many of you are so adamant that I am the devil and have hundreds of innocents on this list.

And you have no moral high ground to sit here and whine without talking to anyone one the list in person. None of you do. If you care so damn much, use the WP I posted or get a new one from me via PM. Until then, keep sitting back in your chair, whining and complaining and not doing anything.

well now, that's a generalization. I certainly never MPK'd anyone, but got my mobs stolen many times.
Yes, but it's not against SE's rules.

And I never stole a Bst's mobs but have been MPKed by them.

When I see a Bst, I make sure I show them the same decency as I show other players.

Example: While farming in pashow one time, it was just me and a lower lvl Bst who was trying to lvl on the mobs there, mainly crawlers. As we all know, silk is valuable, but because I did not want to hinder their game play I made sure to leave the crawlers, crabs and pugs or whatever else was there to the Bst and focus solely on the leeches. When Water eles popped, I would kill them rather then leave them as I usually do so she did not get aggro from her casting of cure.

When Bloodpool popped, and she got claim, I watched and cheered as she threw pet after pet after pet at him, losing her claim on him many many times.

Again, Bsts as a job does not suffer more then anyone else, they just suffer differently.

Notice, that is the only part I have said. If telling someone that they are being added is a crime, then fine. Hell, makes it a lot easier if I don't have to talk to them, I can just add them. But then they can't come and defend themselves. But then if I tell them about their being added, I am harassing them.

Oh what a cruel cycle we are in.

Also, even though you didn't 'say' it, you certainly admit to doing the "I will take all your mobs" part.

You are wrong, in so many ways you are wrong.

It's not opinion, it's SE's rules. You are NOT allowed to actively hinder another's playing experiance who ever they are. You are not allowed to go an eye for an eye, not even in real life.

You have every right to not party with them, not raise them, not cure them, and completely ignore them. That is your right, you are not forced to assist people in any way shape or form. You do NOT have the right to threaten someone who does something you do not agree with. That is NOT within your rights, real life or game.

You are violating someone else's rights because you do not agree with them. That is NOT your right to do.

Yes they are SE rules but it is still within my rights if I choose to ignore those, that I don't is also my right. If I do choose to break them SE has every right to remove me from its game. Thats the point I'm making, and that is not opinion that is fact.

The fact that you are not allowed to go an eye for an eye is does not remove my right to do it, nor subsequently societies right to exercise its right to jusdge my actions. Again the fact that I don't is my choice not yours, not anyone elses.

That is our curse and our blessing, freedom to express ourselves in anyway we see fit.

If I want to cliam lizzie and kill her in front of you wearing boots that you need and laugh I can. I don't because I'm not inclined to do that, however I've seen others do it for fun. If I do not step outside ToS I have no obligation to help you by leaving mobs alive at your camp.

The screenshot that everyone seems to be harping on is JUST ONE EXAMPLE. Don't be too quick to assume that RD does this every time.
