As for your arguments about how far to take it, drawing the line somewhere indicates a border, a threshold of how far the list should go when including certain groups of people. What you are trying to instigate would fall under these sol-called witch hunt claims that people are crying about. At least RD has the sensibility to draw the line somewhere, rather than just run with the mentality of "I'll get you and your little dog too and your whole family and their friends and their friend's cousin's father's pet iguana."

Using a lack of common sense to argue the argued lack of common sense of the List... is well, rather silly.

Who is he to decide where the line is though? Who gave him the right to harrass others? Why does he get to threaten people in game?

His 'rules', his 'line', his 'law' have no place in game.

And anyone who says 'do as I say or else' is not a threat is flat out wrong. I just call em as I see em.

Still RD, you still have to awnser our question. Quit dodging it, quit slidding by it. If you can't get by it you have no further arguemnt becuase by breaking the terms of service you ARE AS BAD AS THE GILSELLERS.

I have made 1 compromise, removing telling people not to MPK those who PT with RMT.

I have a second planned, spoilering the PTs with RMT part of the list.

I will not remove the PTs with RMT list. Those people all PTed with RMT and knew that they were RMT. Whether the proof I have, which was enough for the site that this was hosted on at all times is enough, I have no control over. But I will not remove that part of the list.

Ah, but to a vigilante, justice =/= the law. In his world the true law of justice exists seperately and he is willin gto enforce it where others aren't, even if it violates lesser ideals.

As consistent as your reasoning is, his reasoning is probably not that RMT is bad because it violates ToS, but for another reason. Therefore in his mind he is not as bad as the RMT.

Yes, it is rather interesting. Both sides have a common intrest, which is ultimately seeing the RMT disappear, but they don't see eye to eye on how to accomplish it. It can be a bit controversial, but not to this degree. This has become e-drama. It's ethical elitist idealists versus the 'break an egg to make an omlett' realists.

Obviously, I prefer action over inaction. Can't get anywhere without effort, and you can't expect you wont have to get tough with people who want their cake and to eat it too.

I swear most of the people objecting in this thread are just making nonsensical arguments. Aelathir has made the most sense, with his argument that it's a black and white issue. You can believe that it's black and white, or you can believe that greyness is allowed since there's either grey or nothing. That makes sense, and is debatable, but the rest of you are either exagerating or just nitpicking and flaming for the sake of flaming.
