When you start farming you'll understand why several hundred thousand gil is reasonable.

I'll just drag my husband's MNK along for the ride. If nothing else, my WHM should be able to get some skillups down there.

I think I got Phalanx for like 50-60k once upon a time, wonder if FFXIAH still has that transaction in my history.

I got Teleport-Vahzl for 75k, which was almost a record low back in late 2008 at the bottom of the post-RMT deflation. (I think the lowest was 72k.) I've had one waiting to be picked up from the NPC for a few months now. It was worth 250k back then, 450k now.

If you can make 400k in hour and a half then it may not be worth the time, otherwise places like KRT will get you 2 of those in around 2 hours. Not counting other drops of course.

Better bring someone with you to mule the second one... they're Rare.

You got lucky. I camped there for over three hours and Blizzard IV was nowhere to be seen. It's all up to the Random Number Generator, which is a fickle bitch.

She is going with her husband, (I got it for my RDM so used the first one and got a second to sell) so they could probably get 2 to sell after the one she's using, those mobs are very weak as long as you remember to pull with silence and dispel spikes.

Teaming up for {Learning Blue Spells} in Caedarva Mire and the lvl 71 w/ 210 Blue magic skill gets Frenetic Rip on 2nd mob who used it while I don't get if over the course of 15-20 mobs w/ 258 Blue Magic Skill... boo-sauce. Really cool of them to stay and all til I had to log but wtf SE?

Finally got it ... went into Abyssea and thanks to some GH and RR action crit'd those lil bitches into giving me the spell.

I was there for 10h or so over several days and it still never dropped. It has a horrible drop rate.

I’ll chime in too. Very horrible drop rate. In the 75 days I spent a lot of time there xping on bst, trying to pop/solo Tamix (sp) and that NM scorpion and even help some LS members get Ungur boomerang.

Probably seen like…2 of over countless hours.

I've been levelling pup and recently got to 30.
I've been stalking the ah website looking for imperial cermet. It seems they only go on sale when I'm offline or at work !
I'm starting to think it would have been faster to lvl the craft and make the item myself.

My client keeps spitting kanji at me when people auto-translate stuff. This has happened a few times. Not sure if I need to run a file check or what but it's getting annoying.

Yeah, that worked last time for me too, but it's still bugging me that it cropped up again and I don't know what the cause is or how to fix it in a more permanent fashion.
