To be fair, sometimes that is the solution. But when it comes to Dyna clears it's like "Go back in time and get these when they were more popular." Which isn't really useful advice.

How about the whole assumption from older players that everyone has been playing since 2005 or earlier, and you're some kind of gimp for not having already done everything that they've had six or more years to do.

I feel a bit lucky that I have access to a dyna shell and was able to finally get my damn city clears, and the three dreamlands clears, too. But the one time I was in glacier, the boss decided to go for someone who was not the puller (the puller only had aggro and not hate, so it could have been something as small as using a JA within max sight distance of the boss) and we failed. Then the patch happened.

Since the patch, the shell has done Bastok, Bastok, Windy, Windy. I don't really have a problem with that, since it was pointed out that the LS bank was very low at the last Qufim run (which at least dropped a 100 Byne to break even), and this allows time for them to get used to Neo-Dynamis and more clears for those who still need them. But I've made a short list of what I want, and it ain't in the city zones. I would really like to join others in my regular LS who have been going into Xarc a few times lately, since they cleared it years ago.

Peeve: the whole goddamn playerbase as portrayed by Port Jeuno.

There was a guy shouting in Jeuno today for a group to go clear Dynamis Jeuno. I swear half the zone was mocking him for trying to put a group together just to clear the zone. I've been trying to get city clears for months. MONTHS! I haven't had any luck with it and it really just pissed me off to see everyone going "lol, everyone has that already nub".

Not everyone's been playing forever.
Not everyone has a Dynamis shell.
Not everyone has a Dynamis shell that isn't pants-on-head retarded.
Some of us have been pulling teeth trying to find a way to get those goddamn city clears so we can go play in the northlands.

So to the playerbase I say: Fuck you. Fuck you with a rusty wooden spoon you bunch of cockbags. I will dance on your grave, dig you up and then skullfuck your corpse because goddammit the world doesn't work the way you think it does. Not everyone is lucky enough to have such a smooth path of progress as you did and it isn't for lack of effort.

SWN is just starting to get motivated to do Dyna within the coming weeks. We would have started today if it werent for my router shitting the bed on me.

I know its a long-shot... but theres always the option of joining us. With 3 people and 10 minutes I can clear Dynamis Bastok. Not sure about the other zones... but I'm sure a similar goal can be achieved.

Ya, he's just rubbing it in because he can't shout in Jeuno that they're totally doing what you want but you can't come.

Though that should would still be better then listening to that jackoff Welfare in Port Jeuno on Valefor. I wish that guy would STFU.

This... I agree with this.

For those of you NOT on Valefor... a little bit about this festering boil of a person we have on our server.

He's been playing for years... has 4 or 5 jobs with full AF3+2 gear... and a fully upgraded ToM: Masamune... and yet... from what i can tell... never leaves P. Jeuno... ever.

All he does all day is shout... convorsations... about nothing. He pokes fun at people... insults people... and gets yelled at by almost everyone. Theres nothing worse than shouting for group and watching his message pop up saying "lawl, I totally just pooped out an abortion". He's just... just... a waste of space.

Yes and No.

I can only play at those times... but there are others in the shell who would like to start running events at night as well. I'm leaning on a few of the sack-holders to lead some groups during times that I'm not online. After all... not everything can run on my schedule. Hell... I'm impressed that so many things already are.

Hmmm...

I may end up vacationing in Valefor this summer. Kinda depends on whether my social shell can hold itself together once our leader goes on hiatus to put his life back in order. Things have been shaky for a while now. I like the shell, but it's tiny and we don't do much these days.

I have been ultra tempted to play again but since I've basically decided to concentrate on working as many hours as possible between two jobs (which means yes, I must find a second job, duh) without killing myself so I can work on paying down my massive debt and only living in this apartment another year before seriously considering buying a house, I wouldn't have the time to play anyway.

It's for the best.
