FYI - Kupowers are picked randomly. Players finding mog tablets do not get to vote on or pick which kupowers they wish to have active.

Seriously? They need to work on their randomness then. There is almost always Swift shoes active.

Stop trying to take away the shadow person for me to be angry at when we get Mystery Boxes: Windurst for the 5th straight week.

In all fairness, I just assume that it's a random selection. I mean, that's the way I'd do it. For all I know, it could be someone with a sick sense of humor who picks them. Case in point: We have Mystery Boxes: Windy/Sandy/Bastok for our kupowers this week on Asura.

Maybe they're weighted options?

I don't know why folks hate mystery boxes so much. If you're trying to hunt down something from treasure caskets you end up waiting for the right mystery boxes Kupower to show up.

I thought each rune had a kupower, and the randomness was which one was found first? Since they all get set at the same time, they get found however the players find them.

This is what I assumed.

Actually my pet peeve is some of the areas the Kupo powers affect. I finally, finally got people to do the Shadow Lord fight all the way up to the throne room we had swift shoes! It sort of spoiled the moment for me since I sort of viewed it like a right of passage to get there and we were able to race there. The fight was still fun but still..

I assumed by something I read when the update that gave us KupoPowers came out that they are determined by which tablets are given to the NPC in Jeuno first. So it's kinda random pending how fast people are in turning them in. I was meaning to look into it further but totally forgot... like I also wanted to know what prizes were given to the people who find them besides the epic xp ring.

I looked at the original post for that update and it does say they are "randomly chosen" ... so... yeah... Squeenixt.

Ya selling on the ah is very underwhelming now for some things. I never count on it to get my money to me in a timely manner anymore. I usually have to repost stuff.

The frustration of waiting is compounded by the fact that my moghouse is overflowing with stuff to put up there. It's to the point where I'm having a little trouble shuffling gear when switching jobs.

I wish someone would put a mahogany bed up on the AH so I can do that moghouse expansion quest already.

It's 10x worse if you level a craft. I'm in the process of leveling clothcraft, and I literally have to delivery box lots of stuff to myself to make room. My delivery box is usually clogged with lots of crap.

It's not fun when I have to switch jobs from black mage to samurai. So much crap for each job and I literally have to switch back and forth 70 times. ><

Mobs can auto target while casting!

I didnt know mobs could do this until last night. Fight a pot and it was casting Thunder 4. I made my pet leave and charmed a different pet. Had my pet attack the pot and as my pet was traveling to attack, I was hit with Thunder4... WTF!

I have a BLM leveled and we cannot auto target something else if the target dies.

Mobs can auto target while casting!

I didn't know mobs could do this. If this is true, only a select few mobs can do it. I know that certain mobs (King/Kaiser Behemoth) cannot.

That is definitely a bug, as a BST I used to prevent a spell being cast by releasing mobs, all the time. And that has never happened to me.

And also I've leveled on pots often precisely because of that, because they're only hard if you can't avoid their nukes.
