Doesnt your ls have a main job 75s rule? Stops newcomers the the LS just waltzing in and taking drops youve been waiting months for then leaving. I'm sure a 66 rdm wouldnt even be allowed to lot if there not 75 and there was an experienced 75 rdm waiting for the drop. Something to think about.

Yea, that is the standard rule. This was a new LS and on the first couple of runs they let everyone lot on the job they brought. Soon thereafter they put rules in place such as you describe.

Having approximately 5 white mages in the dunes level range when you're trying to level white mage. Ugh, I may as well just not bother getting on tonight until the rest of them clear out.

I swear the more time I spend doing Groundskeepers the more frequently they deaggro. I'm not sure why but these things are totally messed up, with Gravity on they deaggro at least 3 times in a 2.5m~ fight when I'm only moving about 15' total distance. I keep losing a lot that deaggro as I'm starting to cast a T4 nuke and despawn before it fires, and tonight I had one that was still moving and claimed red that just disappeared midstride. I know it's too late in the game's life for anything to be done about this, but it's incredibly annoying that the ones I want to fight deaggro every 30 seconds, but were I to accidentally magic aggro one it'd take me 10 minutes to lose it if I was trying to.

                Aegis Paladins in Campaign.

Ok, so seriously dudes, I don't expect you to be trying to all out tank (sentinel, flash, animated flourish/provoke, shield bash, etc) but c'mon. It's getting just a tad bit old that you run off the moment I, wearing something like -18 enmity, take hate briefly. No frankly, I don't want hate. Although I can handle the mob, I am still learning how to play Blu/Sch in Campaign. However that does not mean that I will only resort to melee, afraid to pull hate. I am there to gain exp, and I'm more than happy to let you take all the damage exp, throw out a frigging Flash or Shield Bash once in awhile and you'll be able to keep your hate just fine.

Yeesh, I swear, non aegis Plds actually try to keep hate, what's with that? >.<

You have the right to remain silent, anything you say can and will be misqouted and then used against you.

Ditto!! I'm still waiting for the first time that I see provoke used in Campaign. You'd think that they would at least cast a cure on me once I steal hate, instead of running away or just standing there watching me die.

After seeking for what seemed days on end. I had finally gotten a meripo for my thief. Leader was a rl friend of mine, so i thought it was awesome. After realizing I had a 70cor she asked if i could come cor. I thought about it and changed. Getting to camp the pt was cor(me)/whm/rdm/blm/pld/war. Now, I've been trying rrrrrrrreally hard on working a 4 cycle buff rotation since i got to the 50's. This of course was not nessacary to this pt, they wanted me to pull and just throw whatever i felt like. So with a 600 delay gun, 240 bullets, and 2 qd charges, they wanted me to pull non stop.
Trying this with 5 75s and myself this was kind of hard. I thought stage pulling would be ideal, but by the time sleep wore off, the pld would flash a completly different mob because my sleep was "too potent" and that i should gimp myself. Not to mention since the leader told me not to worry about buffs and just pull fast, the mages whine and bitch about running out of mp. So after 45 minuts and my level, i said thanks and logged.
Now, I don't want to come off a primadona or a whiny asshat, but after farming, reading guides especially Callisto's and bbq's guides, I try to be selective to a point and not gimp myself. Over the past few months I've been saving for what i see top of the line gear. Having a build for RangeTP, MeleeTP, and a +35agi/MAB set for QD. Not to mention elemental cards and proper level bullets. Compared to most Cors on my server, im proud of my gear.
I also should of came as my thf and not done what i did, I was trying to help some friends out, and I feel like the badguy.

This is one from a long time ago but reading Cadox's decent gearing reminded me of it.

In CoP, for Ultima/Omega fight; our 75Cor (young kid usually afk playing DS anyway) showed up with level 1 bullets and almost none of the rolls we were interested in using... it was after 2 fails our leader /check'd him to see the level one bullets... among other discrepancies. We forced him to buy some bullets that could actually dmg the bosses. Kid sold his acct off w/in a few weeks of that run. I have a sneaking suspicion that he bought the acct originally cuz he had several other 75's (Nin&Dnc maybe others) he barely understood how to play as well.

Inspires me to lvl Rng to a /sub position for my SAM and then bring wooden arrows to the end boss fight for aCP... wouldn't I be Mr. Popular.

I seriously despise BLUs. I have never, ever, ever met a BLU who wasn't a complete fucking idiot. Even people who are normally intelligent just go completely fucking stupid when the set it as their main job. Against my better judgement I took an invite from one, get into party and there's a second one. I should have immediately left, but nooo, I decided to give people a chance and stick it out.

On Lesser Colibri at 56 it was taking us over 2 minutes per kill, one BLU was not casting spells at all, while the other(party leader) kept talking shit about the one who wasn't casting, but was fucking terrible himself, did not use food and literally whiffed at least 60% of his own spells, I believe I saw him land 3-4 out of 40+. Another party, another //exit.

                          New pet peeve, Nyzul.

Joined a random pickup party and failed a 3 lamp floor. Well, not exactly failed, but we spent like, 10+ minutes on it causing us to fail the run.

Seriously dudes, I've got no problem if you want to lead your run for whatever boss floor it is you want. However, I damn well expect you to take charge on the lamp floors if you say before we start the run that you, YOU PERSONALLY, will call out lamp orders and stuff.

That run slightly bugged me. The leader wanted us to split into two groups on kill all floors, ok, I'm good with that, no one hardly ever split off, so I found myself killing a bunch of stuff solo because I passed the first group of 3 killing a mob and moved on to another mob.

After a few floors, we make it to the infamous lamp floor. After a bit of searching, we find 3 lamps. One of the party members at a lamp keeps telling us to find more lamps because not all are found. We find 3 lamps, and the person running this thing is just quite for awhile, leading to two of the members to get impatient and to start calling out lamp orders, leading to the leader bitching about people usurping his leadership on his run.

Frankly, I tend to have an attitude of someone else's run, who made it clear that they were the leader, that they were going to lead and that this was THEIR run, so IMO it's his problem. Finally however I get fed up. It's obvious that someone is going out of order, has their lamp on and screwing up the rest of the order and preventing the lamps from turning off. So due to this I tell everyone to turn their lamp on, since we don't know who is doing it and we need to reset the lamp order. I then call out lamp orders, and within 2 minutes we're done with the floor.

The leader then proceeded to ask in a derogatory fashion if I had ever done Nyzul before. At least I think the question was directed at me, since I had been wondering why my lamp was still on at first. I guess my lamp was the last one in the order that needed to be turned on, and I'm further guessing that graphically, the lamp never turns off. Don't exactly know though, that was the first time in like, 20+ seperate runs that I was the last person in the lamp order.

And actually in writing this I think I see what that one member did, and why they said what they said. The guy who found the first lamp turned his on, and expected the rest of us to turn ours on as we found them because his lamp will say "Not all lamps are activated" if not all of them are on, letting us know if we found them all or not.

This, however, goes against everything that I have ever done when doing Nyzul. On the runs I have made, we find the lamps, one member stands at a lamp, and once we think we found them all then the designated person starts calling out lamp orders. Beyond the initial touch the lamp to see what kind of lamp floor it is, I have not been in a run where we were expected to turn on a lamp before the lamp orders were called. This is mostly due to most often having a lamp cooldown time between uses.

TBH, I like the way I've done it, rather than the way I think they were doing it.

You have the right to remain silent, anything you say can and will be misqouted and then used against you.

I don't have a big ego, it just has a large mouth.

I can really see how people get frustrated with Nyzul runs. I just went on my first run that my buddy set up (led) kinda to try and get me Askar legs (didn't drop)... pretty sure we did exactly what you are describing in regards to the lamp floor that required "order". We had 2 others who started trying to call out orders but my buddy politely (he's not known for being polite, lol) put the KIBOSH on that... they did seem to know what they were doing. I was given a minimal amount of instructions prior basically so I wouldn't F up royally ... then my buddy and one of the truly knowledgable random dudes stayed and told me after what we did and why we did it.

Your way makes sense to me.
