Man, lack of initiative on the EN part is a massive peeve all on its own. Ever hear of a thing called Garrison? And how come it must always be only the JPs that bother organizing any sort of foreign Conquest of Starter Regions? I've had Gustaberg OP for a while now, but I've never seen Sarutabaruta waver (well, not Ronfaure either, but I'm San d'Orian anyway). And trust me, trying to organize any sort of people that speak your language (and sometimes not!) to bother shaking off their apathy and help you take over a starter region is freaking hard.

Um getting conquest is easy just spam trade crap to the guy. You don't need to do EF or Garrison to get stuff under control.

Careful, your bias is showing.

When I got Ronfaure and Gustaberg, both times the take-overs were done by EN players. Talk to your linkshell, set a date and have them pitch in. If you can't get people to help, you need a better linkshell or better friends. And better farming methods.

New pet peeve, people that dont listen. I know were playing a game and its all about having fun but if that all your here for gtf outa endgame. Ive been doing dynamis for 3 weeks and I take it serious as in when the leader says something you do it or you get killed, i learn that from out first wipe its not that difficult.

Its taken 3 weeks and 6 runs for the people who turn up to bazar there glass for 1 gil stop moving up when your not told and stop running away when the leader shouts wipe. We did dynamis jeuno last night full wipe on like the 4th pull, I counted 8 people at least without RR, WTF is that about, 1st death and you havent got RR up in DYNAMIS, your going to die so stop wasting our time cause you want a R3 stead of a R1 from a 25k earring. Were getting paid with the currency drop so just suck it up and get some RR item.

We had 2 people kicked out of our dynamis run, a samurai and a dragoon ran away and dragged a host of mobs back to the MH delaying out RR and wasting loads of our farming time. THERE IS NO ZONE so die and get over it when the WIPE shout goes out.

peeve off, I got relic feet so the run wasnt a total failure. but come on people listen to the leaders or youll get us all killed

Edit another peeve, gather together 9.30 pm GMT means get there at 9.30 not mess around turn up late and make it so we dont enter till 11pm.

Just do something crazy like farming beastmen mobs that drop gear. Then take that gear and trade it to the npc. Saves gil but might be a little time consuming. Or as we call it in our linkshell "Romp-and-Stomp <AreaName>"

Linkshells that blatantly bot claim HNMs.

Was camping Behemoth, someone in that linkshell puts "lockon Behemoth" in say, his members start casting before it pops, and the rest is history. Same thing happened with nidhogg.

So many GM calls were made that I got an autoresponse message back about it. >_>

People who don't log in anymore logging into forums and commenting about stuff that takes place as if they know what the fuck happened or how the fuck to fix it. As though they could do a better job of leading, when they can't even be bothered to be a part of the game anymore.

First of all, you have no say anymore. You quit. You're not a part of it. You're busy playing WoW, or watching TV, or eating ice cream, or afk banging hot chicks, or beating your dick somewhere, fuck the hell off. No one cares about the opinion of the quitter. BONUS POINTS if you got a really great/rare item before you quit, thus making people resent you even more, and be even less inclined to listen to your opinion as you've proven yourself to be a complete and total 100% DOUCHE. Your say in what happens in linkshell affairs was rescinded the moment you logged out for the final time.

Second of all, how dare you comment on what is going on in the state of the linkshell when you hear only from what you see on forums or secondhand via messenger. If you're not going to put in the effort again to make the linkshell good or at least just be there to help, what good are you but a fucking internet troll?

Third of all, where do you get off getting angry at people who tell you to SHUT. THE FUCK. UP. Because your say means NOTHING. You are not on the DKP, you are not considered an active member, and at this point with all the shit you talk no one would even really want your sorry ass back in the fucking linkshell. SHUT THE FUCK UP.

See, if people just want to say that they can do it better they'll pull some excuse as to why they won't proof it.

For example, my sister and I always bicker in a loving way back and forth over who cooks the best. While my parents stay neutral, they do acknowledge that she should have been there for some of the things I've cooked for them. Whenever my sister demands a cookoff, or to taste my cooking for comparison, I always tell her that I'll do it when she is worthy of my cooking

Though for the record, there are some things she does better than me, and some things that I do better than her.

Officially though I'm the best cook!

And pet peeve, people in campaign (surprise surprise) I'm sorry, but why should I be rushing over there to help you right now when you, as Pld/War who went all out to get hate, suddenly find yourself unable to heal yourself fast enough?

Nice to see a tank doing it's job, but IMO it's a little like a Mnk/War coming to a fight and then demanding heals from people.

Also certain Dancers who take forever to kill a mob, only use their TP for WS and not hardly even for curing themselves, bitch about you taking hate and "their" exp while they don't even try to tank the mob, and blatantly try to get you killed.

Luckily this is what -evasion abilities and spells are for, toss in a Desperate Flourish, Frenetic Rip, and run to the nearest group of players and or NPCs.

Sorry, but if you're not even going to try to work with me in campaign then that fight is getting ended one way or another.

People who assume that just because I'm not doing anything at one current moment in time means that I'm free to help them out with just about any request they can think of regardless of what I want to do or how terrible or time consuming the activity is. Bonus points if it's camping some horrible timed spawn NM and they go AFK when the placeholder is down as the pop window opens. Someone did this when Charybdis popped then whined when the party lost the claim despite him being a NIN/WAR and right next to the NM when it popped >.<

I mean I appreciate that people want my help and all but it would be nice to be able to log on for once and not get bombarded because I'm the only one of two who helps the newbies out and I'm pretty sure I'm the only one who ever camps NMs with people anymore (though the people I help are nice enough to return the favour when I need to camp some annoying NM which is good).

I guess my pet peeve for today is not being able to find a way to say "Sod off I'm busy" without upsetting someone.

That sounds like that one time when one of my friends needed a Dragoon Testimony to fight Maat. I think there were about 4-5 ls members out there with him (I think it was in Sea Serpent's Grotto) and he went afk. He was afk for about 30 mins almost when it dropped, and they all passed to him while he was afk, but he had a full inventory. It ended up dropping to him but since his inventory was full it ended up dropping to the ground. Everybody was sooooo pissed lmao! 5 mins after that he shows up pissed that it dropped. So they were out there for about 3 1/2 more hours after that to get the drop again.

I was really lucky when I got mine. I had 3 peeps helping me get the Warrior's Testimony, one of them was the DRG/WHM or /RDM from above, the other two were 75PUP/WAR (Healing Frame) and 75PLD/RDM. We were fighting goblins and we were doing pretty well up until this one goblin got prepared for bomb toss. Somehow the Bomb Toss was a epically strong one and killed everybody except me. I don't know how it happened because we were all fighting the goblin lol. Just so happened that mob dropped the warrior's testimony but none of them could pass since they were all dead

. I lotted it and ended up getting the drop ^_^.

Not once have I even been in my house when these tablets have started appearing. Oh you work for a living no Kupo ring for you. Hopefully they wont be found in 5 minutes this time so the window will actually be in a time when people that do work will have a chance.

Ive given up trying to find a party on blue mage anyway I'm done with sitting around all day with my flag up only to miss the only party invite I'm going to get all week cause I went for a piss. Now I level sync with my alternate account in Konskat Highlands. You wouldnt believe how fast the xp rolls in duo at low levels.

Currrently I'm duoing with my level 12 mnk/war I sync down to 12blu/whm get 100 tp on both chr and go find an EM high def lizzy. burning blade > combo > fusion i think and just follow it with feather storm to finish, the mob drops so fast i only get hit once. Ive soloed (is it duo if both the chrs are you lol) 66-69 in 3 sittings.

I dont see why blue mage doesnt get more party invites, as a job it rocks and even without a brd rdm etc I've partied successfully on both crawlers and puks (both have no mp to drain) and done my fair share of the damage. I've got a full set of Hmp gear so I only need 1-2 ticks to get enough mp for the next fight long as I dont spam my ass off like some blue mages do. I also refuse to do the Bludgeon headbutt spam like a lot of blue mages think is ok at whatever level.
