I agree, Melee raping the endgame stuff is boring... what happened to skill. I love my skiy LS we do Kirin by picking SC partners, and SCing/ magic bursting the poor bastard to death ^.^

THIS is fun. 1 min 3 secs of "there is Kirin!" and "there is Kirin dead!" is not. Ty!

When 2 nations share 1st place and theres no quiver/toolbag npcs. There is no reason bloody bolts should have a 25k markup to 65k.

Got a brand new one... people level syncing to 65 and then asking ls members to help "farm" kindred seals cause they never once got one. This has happened two times now... I found it hard to believe but it is now very possible and does happen, for sure add it to my list of level sync peeves.

New peeve, old peeve: RDM and BRDs that ask twenty fucking questions when all you are looking for is a replacement.

Got a RDM who got all pissy about it being a level sync invite. Fine, go fuck yourself. I just need someone that can heal, I'll just get the PUP/DNC with the healer frame since everyone else is so goddamn picky or pretending to be AFK. At least the PUP will make himself useful and not bitch about it being a level sync. Swear I'd love to take that pimp hat and shove it up a RDM's ass.

I think this is a big reason I got sick of BRD and RDM - replacing myself. All I'm doing is trying to keep a good party going, I try to be nice as nice can be about getting a replacement, not bugging people who aren't seeking. Then I get Mr. Ego every damn time who wants the world on a silver platter.

I wish it were as easy as replacing myself on COR or RNG - I usually just find a DD. Easy enough.

Have you encountered the wonder that is the {Level sync} {No thanks} brigade, they won't join a level sync party when you explain it will be syncing to their level or that of a player higher than them.

renkei/magic burst parties are 1,000,000 times more fun then tp burn both for leveling/meriting and for bigger endgame mobs
it was cool when people worked together like that

I think tanks have a right to complain sometimes though. If their healer is sucky, they shouldn't just have to take one for the team, they should bitch their healer out and make them learn how to effin cure.

I shoulda explained myself better LOL. But yeah you do have a point, in most occasions, a tank is as good as his/her support team.

And I agree with you Uma, then again, its not like you cant go to kuftal or the tree with a friend or two and skill up.........that or /dnc

So I had a prommy run last night to try and get Holla, the last one i need. An ingame friend invited me and I'm fairly sure he went out of his way to get me into it which was nice of him. We had a little trouble at the beginning where the other SMN's 360 red ring of death'd but I was also on SMN and there was a THF around to rep him so it was all good. I didn't really have much time left and neither did a couple of other party members so the idea was to get to the top as fast as possible and kil lthe NM. Sounds simple right?

Not if the WAR had anything to sy about it. Firstly he didn't seem to understand what "I'm still in the CS" meant. Everyone was standing around waiting for a couple of the party members to get out of the CS you get for winning two prommies then entering a third yet the WAR just ran off killing things.

Then came fighting the MR. I was put on Stray duties but I had to fix my assault macro and pad wasn't responding so the WAR was asked to voke the strays and hold them because I had to target them manually (By typing out /ta Stray /ja "Assault" <t>) until we got time to rest. We almost wiped, on the ground floor of a prommy because the WAR let the strays run around and attack the mages so the BLU had to go and aggro the lot himself so I could have Carby kill the things manually via command line. The WAR had long since ran off and hid with the WHM or something for some reason by the time this had happened. I have no idea where he actually went but he just vanished.

So once I had fixed my macros, switched to a fresh pad and we had all rested to full we carred on on floor #2. We started heading to the MR on the other side of the graveyard before the WAR started saying "It's always the 4th" repeatedlt and for some reason ran off. We found our MR and killed the strays without any trouble but then the WAR randomly died. So we had to go back and rescue this idiot bearing in mind by the time we had finished this I was running out of time and I literally had only 5 minutes to get to the top and kill the NM or I miss my train back to college.

No matter how many times the party yelled at this guy "We need to stay together" he kept running off and saying "It's always the 4th" while aggroing pretty much the entire floor in the process.

So the run failed on Floor #2 and this WAR had single handedly managed to piss off 5 people and run me down to my last 300 Gil due to the need to bring a stack of Poison Pots, Ethers, Anima etc.

The group did very kindly offer to do another run on Friday night for me though and they promised not to bring that WAR this time so at least I didn't spend the last on my gil on meds for nothing. We did get a heck of a lot of Recollections to drop though so I guess something good also came out of that tard WAR aggroing everything he came accross. More anima are always nice to have for future runs.

The WAR had long since ran off and hid with the WHM or something for some reason by the time this had happened. I have no idea where he actually went but he just vanished.

He needs to have his Warrior card revoked for that one lol.

No matter how many times the party yelled at this guy "We need to stay together" he kept running off and saying "It's always the 4th" while aggroing pretty much the entire floor in the process.

Yep he wouldn't have lasted too long in our party when we did the promies. The only problem I remember us having was the WHM that disconnected in our last run, but luckily we had a alliance so she was just replaced. On the last floor, one of our ls leaders would grab a hermes quencher and aggro everything on the floor and run to the zone so we wouldn't have to fight anything.
