I quested and sold both years ago, and Retrace as well when that came out, that for the most part is what has always kept me from leveling BLM(same deal for Teleports/Recalls and WHM).

Why is it always the fucking BLMs? My shell has always been short on BLMs, which of course are pretty important for most endgame events. With the exception of 1 single BLM, every single fucking one has been a huge problem. Either they are huge drama starters, massive lootwhores, complete fucking idiots, or some combination of the above. It's the only job that I can't afford to freely break pearls on because we need them, yet it's the only job that consistently makes me want to boot the player the fuck out.

I lol'd! I guess I don't fall into the same catagory because I really don't like blm. I play it most of the time because its necessary but definately one of the last jobs I'd play willingly. What I find with the blms is the hilarious nuking competition. They all try to get under each others skins over the amount of dmg they do. They love chuckling about how pissed they made someone over X nuke on Y mob. What really cracks me up is when they try to do it to me......because I don't give a rat's ass! "Oh you got that much?? WOW!! DAMN! You rock! I am humbled by your greatness!" and I'll usually start saying stuff in ls about how awesome the person is and how much I suck. No one's ever bothered trying it twice. LOL

Honestly, every DD job has that. People lol about that persons gear and lol about how they play it. Simply put, I just call it penis slinging competition and I have to agree it gets very very annoying. It usually seems to surface around end-game.

I don't show anyone's damage but my own. That should give a pretty good indication of how interested I am in how much damage everyone else is doing.

So this isn't really a peeve b/c I'm happy for her, but I'm more just jealous at my g/f's luck lol...

My g/f just hit the 70's recently, she's about halfway to 72 at the moment I think. She started doing Dynamis with us 2 weeks ago, so far we've done 2 zones with her, Sandy and Windy. She's walked with her WHM AF2 and clearance from both friggin zones. WTF? It took me like 6 months to rack up 2 pieces of RDM AF2 when I started Dynamis, lol. Last night she was like "Wow, I didn't realize Dynamis was this easy!"

Then after Dynamis she goes to Castle O to help a friend, she claims Mee Deggi and it drops 1/1 for them...I'm 0/20+ on that friggin thing. :/

Callisto you just reminded me of a peeve from your word choice, people calling relic af2. AF2 is AF from a quest, relic is from dynamis >_>; Its something that just bugs me to see.
