First, I always assume any female character is a male until told otherwise. And what did he expect for a response? A hello? To start up a meaningful conversation?

They really need to add age and IQ requirements to MMOs.

Far more effective would be giving /slap more power.

It was REALLY bad at NA release with this type of behavior. My first character was a mithra and some of the things said to me actually made me blush. I couldn't even post them here because it wouldn't be appropriate. >< I decided to use the Grandma card and would say "Do you have a grandma?" to which the usual answer was yes. Then I'd say "Well would you do <insert inappropriate comment> to your grandmother?" and that usually got a "EEEWWW SICK!!" or equal response. Then I'd tell them "Well I'm a grandma..." and they'd shut up. Now that worked MOST of the time but not all. Yes there were some very very sick people out there...

Nowadays I rarely run into that but there are still times. Two days ago I endured a party that was making nasty women comments so I asked them if they realized there was a woman in the party. Their answer...."Oh so your an emotional vagina huh?" On to the next party...

Reminds me of this nin we had for a short time in GrafeLords.
She wouldn't kite without being yet at and just dd >_>
Then goes off on how she extremely dislikes the sex talk going on.
Oh... she posted a rant about it on our ls forum, *goes off and get a quote*

Listen, i m in the high 30's and dont quite feel the need to listen (/read) to the sexual insecurities of some teenagers.... I mean... c'mon... sure.. go play with your pimples, but i don't need to hear about it....

i'm currently a category 5 pissed off woman... got the point?

People who think merit party is their skill up party.

I had a party recently where the paladin was breaking the latent on her Sapara of Trials..... That really sucked :/ Her Vorpal Blades were doing pitiful damage. When she left we got another paladin who used an appropriate sword, much better damage from him and he kept hate way easier.


And I hear you TheGrandMom, my character is a mithra as well and things were just.... bad, really bad at the start of the NA release. I actually had to make a few GM calls on some people for harrasment, and not the kind a simple /blist would take care of.

going through the airship office doors to an empty dock when you know it was there when you went inside

I was heading to get an airship in Port Windurst and saw that it was there. I tried to run a little faster so that I wouldn't miss it (I pressed harder on the keypad), got through the office and it was still there. I ran down the dock, about to get on and right at the end of the dock it stops me. I go to the NPC that tells you the schedule and it says the Airship to Jeuno is 7 minutes away.

The damn game had glitched and made me think that I wasn't going to have to wait for an airship.

I've seen some strangeness with the airship in Port Bastok. When I zone into Port Bastok out of the Mog House, I see the airship arrive. But then, before I can even make it across the bridge, the airship leaves.

Now that I would giggle at since its not graphic. The stuff that irritates me is the graphic stuff. I'm no prude but some things are better left said in privacy between two consenting adults.
