Little known fact: Dispel is cheaper in Rabao than it is in Windy (I think that's where you get it).

Itazura, I can top you. Erase was 800k when I finally bought it, but not after getting a 1.1 mil scroll of Utsusemi: Ni from BCNM. I had done the BCNM in the hopes that Erase would drop for me, but the Ni scroll was just as good in my opinion. Red Mage was (and still is) my main, but I wasn't going to take WHM past 32 until I got it.

I still cringe when I see a WHM say that Erase is too expensive. If they only knew ...

You'd rather sit around at the edge of one particular zone, and have nothing to do while LFG? At many level stretches, there might be 3 different zones you could party in. Do you want to limit yourself to 1/3rd of the invites you could be getting by LFGing in a central location?

I watch the Jueno AH daily and Dispel is always 60-65K. Dia II is around 20K, but I was able to shop "shrewd" and popped it at 15K.

Still don't have Dispel... But I do have about 45K towards it.

Its sooo depressing on how low Erase is now compared to nearly paying a mil for it x.x..... and BCNM wasn't droping it for meh D:

You can get a Scroll of Dia II for less than 12k from two different NPCs. That's what I mean by shrewdness.

VERY TRUE! Check your local NPCs! Often they are much cheaper than the AH. It's not always the case, but I always check with them first.

Why would anyone invite a RDM that didn't have dispel? Pre-Refresh that's one of the few reasons we even get invited.

My pet peeve is being still burnted out for FFXI. Haven't played in a week, I want to go back playing, but the feeling on turning my 360 on, makes me want to shut the system off. I got burnt off for constant xping on bard with my static LS. :/

I'm experiencing something similar. I want to want to play (if that makes any sense), but I don't. I think maybe I should cancel for a month or so and see if I feel any better about it at the end of that month.

Annoyance of the morning: never being able to find a tank. Or tanks that /away while their lfg flag is up. /sigh..

I farmed my socks off to make sure I had dispel at 32. I mined, I farmed, I did whatever I could to get the money for it. I won't level up till I have the spells I need. Same for Erase (800k that cost me).

Mind you, remember the days of 2 mill Raise III?

I dont remember those days, but I remember getting an R3 drop and then being sooo disappointed when I found out it sells for like 3k....

Pet Peeve now....exping on RDM. Dont get me wrong, love xp/meripo, but I cant seem to hold interest in a meripo for longer than 2hrs before Im bored crapless. Iv been feeling that way since I burned by Ann Ring to get me to 75 pronto, I really have been spoilt.

I even had to go kill a few avatars last night just for something to do >.>

exping on RDM. Dont get me wrong, love xp/meripo, but I cant seem to hold interest in a meripo for longer than 2hrs before Im bored crapless.

At least you can get merit parties. When I have time to I spend 30 waiting for a party then giving up because there's not enough time to make it worth while to party.
