I just killed lizzy about 30 minutes ago while running by on my 12 DRK. She did not drop boots.

Yeah... most of my tries were as a THF that hadn't lvl'd high enough for TH2. Then when my buddy finally helped me we ended up getting Leaping Boots and my Emp Pin all w/in 2hrs. That was a good day.

AF3 boots. I have THF, MNK, RDM, and BLM from Attowha Chasm. The two I need from there are WHM and WAR. I'm officially throwing in the towel. It's been a wasted week.

You need to go there and do something not related... sure fire way of getting out of the sight of the mind-reading random-number bot. I've almost gotten all of my feet from them randomly showing up while doing something other than feet-farming.

I would suggest building upwards of 100 amber then find a WHM and go Fell Cleave Chigoes. Can kill large masses and they don’t give ruby iirc.

So, I expect this in random pickup groups, but not from LS members. We all need X number of seals. I'm @2 when she gets her 8 so she peaces, leaving me with 2 still to get. Even though I had just told her I still needed 2.

I've thought about FC burn, but I'm a little fuzzy on the specifics. My buddy has a better WAR than I do, so I would probably go WHM. Do we just pull and I Cure-bomb him until everything is dead? Or is there more strategy to it than that? (PDT sets, etc.)

I'm not a War so I can’t guarantee this is all correct.

You don’t need a superb war to do this. Obviously the better geared will have an easier time but I FC’d with my buddy once who’s an average War (imo). I didn’t check to see if he had –pdt gear on though. Not even sure if he had GA capped. I think he mainly uses it for procs if needed.

Double check on what modifies Fell Cleave. I think its STR. Also check if it’s a Crit WS (doubt it) so maybe 2 STR atmas and a Regain one? VV is probably pretty good for it (regain and Str). Maybe throw in some minor –pdt gear if you have it (rings, t-torque).

Whm basically cure bombs. Obviously keep up protect/haste and I think solace for stoneskin cures. If you happen to get hate, run next to the War so his next WS hits what’s attacking you. Start off small like 3-4 enemies. See how it goes. Find a happy medium where your whm isn’t totally back-to-back curing but also not idling too long. I was whm when I did it. Used typical whm atmas (Allure, MM, fullmoon). I’m not really great whm but I did have maybe +25% ish cure.

To make it REALLY worth while (from what I observed the other night), build up a little azure. Just enough to get 2hr chests, don’t think you need that much. That away you can Might Strikes then Cleave for even more damage.

This is generally how I’ve seen LS build time in Att. They get azure up, then cleave chigoes. I’d assume it would work the same for gold box farming.

From what I've seen it usually goes like this:

Pull a ton of mobs.
WAR pops 100% PDT temp item
WAR pops two hour
WAR murders everything
Restock temp items and reset 2-hour
Repeat

i guess I didn’t need that huge wall of text but yea, what cid said.

Although I think the 100% pdt item is only from gold chests and only if you have high enough amber. it’s probably necessary for massive pulls. We were doing 8-10 ish apkallus and didn’t need it. but I sure as hell would have been struggling if we had double that.

Name? So I can do it to her. If I can manage to convince her to come seal farming... I would love to disband as soon as she gets exactly 2.
