Actually more challenging are Pso'Xja and Xarcabard, mostly because 99% of English users have no idea how to deal with an X at the beginning of a word. I love spoken languages and linguistics, though, so I take the time to learn proper pronunciations of words. It's why I've been told that even with my limited Spanish, I have a very good accent.

Also, I've heard many butchering of any and all of the French-sounding names in the San d'Oria region. I took French so I know how to pronounce all of those properly.

My favorite, though, is Castle Oztroja, which I pronounce as though it were a Spanish word: Ohz TRO ha. Which I am sure is incorrect, but I love how it sounds anyway.

My buddy calls it Piso Mojado (probably spelled that wrong). It probably sound familiar because it seems to be the Spanish translation of "Wet Floor" that you see on all those little yellow janitor signs.

Castle Oztroja:

oh-stro-yah, again... probably wrong... but strangely... not far off from Aks.

My buddy... says Ostrich... like the bird. Castle Ostrich... because it's full of birds... /facepalm

Xarcabard is easy. You just pronounce the X as a Z, same way you do with xenophobia.

Pso'Xja is just an unholy clumping of letters with no rhyme or reason to them. I don't know what the hell they were thinking or how much they were drinking when they came up with that one. In my mind I just omit the P and the X, but I wouldn't even try to actually say it out loud. That would just end badly for everyone.

That is actually correct. And most people I know say X-ca-bard, don't even attempt Pso'Xja, and Castle O. Anyway, I have to leave for work or I'd elaborate further. But calling Pso'Xja piso mojado is all kinds of funny to me.

And Pso'Xja had pretty music. I liked soloing my BLM there.
