Solo'n Thf - I'm really tiring of daggers so I bought a sword... better but still feels like I'm just chiseling away the Himalayas.

Bolts that don't proc or proc but don't last - I d k how many GD Sleep bolts those stupid Zi'Ta mobs resisted but the worst part was that they would first fall asleep and then right as I was situated behind them and doing my SA, the bastards would wake up... so sleep for less than 3 sec almost consistently... WTF. And I don't know if it's a SE thing or a weather/day/night resist, or if crafter's level, or my marksmanship level has anything to do with bolts procing.

Nyzul Isle - I the fact anytime I see a /sh for it, Askar is always "x". I've gotten /tells from people asking if I'd help out as I was SAM/NIN LFP and after I refuse when I'm told I can't lot for Askar, they've gotten rude. F U... you want/need me to do the run, give me some incentive. Lotting for gear I have no interest in doesn't work. I d k if it's exactly irony but every time I see a /sh for Nyzul Isle and Askar is available to lot, I have a LS event... EVERY TIME.

Nyzul Isle - Cerberus ... we had him at 1% and he wipes the party. That's what we deserved for having a ez climb, I guess.

on bahamut at least, I've seen a lot less 'free lots' and more paid runs...like 10k/run, 30k if clear...ppl be greedy n sheeit lol

I'd pay 10k -30k for gears... but I wouldn't pay for the privelege of losing on a Nyzul run... already paid for a BLM merc for a failed MKD final fight... not about to pay for another loss.

My linkshell can't make a functional website to save its life.
I've seen some bad website design but the last overhaul they did made some geocities sites look good.
God dammit people. Contrasting color schemes for readability, please.

Been there, its quite annoying...

What I hate the most is when you're in a field with monsters your char doesn't have his/her weapon at the ready. Its one thing to have your sword sheathed in town but in a field where you can be attacked you should have it out and ready to go. I can't stand having to pull my knuckles off my waist every time I wanna attack something.

After about 4 years of leading various shells it looks like my current shell is dead in terms of doing events(we just can't field enough people since several apparently quit). Most of us are going to be joining this other shell to keep active, so for the first time in a very long time I'll be going back to being a normal worker bee member. idk if that's a positive thing or not, really.

1. Lack of pratical solo spots for 75 bst
2. Level Sync.... it takes away from the whole idea of leveling up and using new abilities
3. The fasion of some jobs AF (pup, dnc mainly)
4. Great gear that looks really not so much like armor (Rappare Harness)
5. Lack of deversity for how gear looks (same gear different color)
6. The MP cost of Blu Spells

that being said, this is still my favorite MMO of all time (Until FFXIV hits the market)

Been there a couple times myself. At first it seems to be a relief and probably continues to be as long as you are in a fair mature shell. Unfortunately, for me, I wasn't and had to sit back and watch bad decisions being made (i.e. giving out equips to people that weren't next in line or changing a planned event because a friend needs something "more important"), lax leadership (i.e. only one or 2 leaders caring and if they weren't on the rest could care less about events), and other things that made me grind my teeth. Eventually I tried to help and spoke up which only put me in the dog house with leadership and even told if I "act up" one more time my pearl would be broken. Good luck, I'll keep my fingers crossed that you found one of the elusive "good" shells.

With my 75SMN I solo Treants and other tough mobs in Wajaom Woodlands, about 100xp w/o band, 150ish w/ band. You should check out W. Woodlands and Bhaflau Thickets, so good areas to solo

1. There are SOOOOOO many solo spots for BST it's not even funny.
2. W/o level sync, you would prolly be crying cuz of the lack of PT invites.
3. Fashion* first off, and the look of AF shouldnt really matter, so much as the stats (which are awesome on those two sets).
4. And yet, the Rapparee harness is the best TP body piece youre gonna find for thf and dnc, hell, most thfs and dncs wear it at 75.
5. Its an MMO, what do you expect?
6. LOL, seriously? BLU spells are some of the cheapest (MP wise) spells based on the damage they put out. If your damage is sucking, then you're not swapping in the right gear
