You can only purchase one freaking token at a time.

I wanted to get 3 so I didn't have to go through all this crap if anything happened to my token (going to end up paying at least 40 bucks more just to get it delivered here. ), but of course it couldn't be that convenient.


Now if you excuse me I have to go waste 40 mins walking around Vana to get another little quest done.

Well, my laptop fucked me again (nope not that way you sickos).

We were in the BC for the final fight, and I d/c. First time, meh. It was at like 95% so no worries, PLD still had hate. Second time ... OMFG. Was right after Seed of Judgment. Totally fucking wiped. I was so pissed.

Fortunately, this piece of shit got me through the third (and final, hopefully) time I did this fight, and I did d/c at 3% but they won before I got kicked out of the game so I logged back in and got my CS. And d/c'ed during the CS. But fuck it, I won. That's important.

But still, this laptop is the most irritating thing about playing this game sometimes.

First Firewind and now you. I hope this isn't global, 'cuz I'm working on CoP too...

Mine resolved itself after I logged and spoke to a GM. When I logged back in the following night I somehow ended up viewing the CS from the old lady in Sandy twice before Cid would give me the CS that started 3-4.

It honestly wouldn't surprise me if the ACP missions were messing with the CoP stuff especially since a number of CoP NPCs are involved in it.

I'm thinking that it could have been something like the mission failing to flag as completed. Considering that SE tend to break things with every update a quest flag failing to register on the server side is a possibility.

It has happened to me before; it was after doing a Shiva fight. Somehow a flag somewhere saying that I had Shiva jhad been flagged as when I clicked on "Make Pact With Avatar" the game gave me gil causing me to have to repeat the fight again,

When you're sucking dirt in Lower Jeuno from having died in MMM, and people who go by will check your bazaar, but won't shout for a raise.

Also, people who idle on the exit spot after mazes, probably because they were afk leeching. It's bad enough to be dead there, but when you're a taru and there's a galka standing over your exact spot, it makes it harder to see you.

(Yeah, sure, I should've gotten a FoV RR in Rolanberry, but I'm having to get used to this all over again now that I actually have a chance of soloing mazes.)

I'm so irritated with Salvage ... the whole randomness of this game just really gets to me at times, and the way some people seem to have all the luck.

I took a shower to relax, and I think I'm actually gonna take a nap. I'm angry, frustrated, tired, and bitchy. And maybe if I stop caring so much that this game really does seem to hate me (it really does) then something will drop for me.

Thanks for trying to cheer me up though. I think after all my eggs sell I'm gonna log off and ask that no one bother me for 24 hours.

I used to be in a Salvage LS ... we never won a boss fight, so I wouldn't know about the drop rates. I eventually decided I'd had enough of spending assault points with no chance of success...

My latest peeve is the Thf af quest As Thick As Thieves. It's bad enough you have to travel to Windy to start > Sauromugue Champaigne for a fight/CS > Lower Jeuno > Dangruf Wadi (this one is it's own special hell, and deserves it's own paragraph).

In the Wadi you have to Gamble against 3 different Goblins. To start a roll you have to trade a particular item to a ??? spot, there are 3 of them spread out all over the wadi for each gob. If you win you move on to the next gob, if you lose you have to go back to the first gob. I lost to the first one about 8-9 times, won about 4 times, which allowed me to get to the 2nd gob and lost to him 3 times. Thankfully the one time I won against gob 2 I also won against gob 3, but I was about ready to toss my computer out the window at that point. This all took about 2 hours since I didn't buy any of my items ahead of time and farmed them in the Wadi, but I think that would have only saved me about 30 minutes.

After that horrible experience you take the north exit out of wadi to North Gustaberg travel to the waterfall and ko the 3 gob's sister. That's a fun fight, did it once before for a friend. Then go back to Windy for final CS.

I know people who have done the gambling 3/3, and I'm happy for them, but this was my worst af experience so far.

I don't really get mad at people in game except for the following:
1. People that don't let the tank grab hate and then complain that they died.
2. People that yell and gripe at people who are new to something. I just started meriting and I didn't ws on ONE fight because my mom asked me a question and I was yelled at.
3. Ppl who tlk lyk this & mispll commn wrds lyk 'summoner' as sominer. *eye twiyches*
(I understand that everyone makes typos, trust me I make them ALL the time, but there is a line between a typo and ignorance.)
4. Vulgar jokes that no one wants to know about.
5. People that have never played your job but insist on telling what you are doing wrong and how bad your gear is.

Had a party last night in Qufim island. Wow these people were too dumb to live. At first they invited me to a 20 sync on my WAR (currently 32, was 39 at the time) even though my seacon said no syncs below 25. I had a look around and there were no parties in the jungles so I figured I'd join and then make an excuse and leave when a better party come along.

So we started off wandering around the lake killing worms. Except the party was deathly silent. Turns out they ALL had me on /follow including the PL. So any time a banshee or gobbie popped you could inevitably guess what the result was. and well every time I even tried to fight a worm I would regularly be the only one even hitting it.

So the party for some reason got pissy with ME because apparently it's my fault that them leaving me on /follow got me killed . The PL whined some and tractored me to the middle of the frozen lake (56RDM/BLM PL wtf?). The party for some reason wanted to camp here and pull crab at Lv20 with no BLM and after I explicitly told them "I have no Acid Bolts left". Apparently because they had a PL they thought they could beat anything.

So they pulled the first crab, I started tanking it and swiftly found out that I was the only one even HITTING it. Seriously I never had to voke unless the AFK WHM decided to start spamming Cure III. Basically it would take a full five minutes to kill one crab and the PL would regularly run out of MP every pull *headdesk*. The party would yell at me for voking off the PL [b]even though I was taking less damage per hit than this gimp PL[/b.]

I ended up inviting my LS over to taunt these idiots and they got a good laugh out of it. Especially during Gobbie Bounty Hunter repops and when the Banshees appeared again. The downtime caused by Banshees were insane as the PL would just stand there fighting them with a warp cudgel. At one point the PL had to call for help and the party had to help him kill the banshees.

I ended up just making up an excuse in the end "{Linkshell} {Event} {Thank You} {Party} {See you again!}". It all ended after that right? Wrong. Not long after that as i was walking back with the LS members who turned up to laugh at the party I saw the PL sprint past us with about 3 banshees in tow. shortly followed by the party with more banshees following. Needledd to say we luled

Anyway I ended up just making a LS jugnles party and we did pretty well (WAR, WAR, DNC, PUP, RDM, WHM) and we pretty much tore through half of the jungles. At the end we were killing Gobbies at Lv31 with just 4 people (WARx2, PUP and RDM) .

That isn't a bad level for a Qufim PL. What made it bad, however... was the gear and lack of spells that s/he had. Spike Necklace WTF? If I recall right, s/he was also wearing a mask more suited for melees. Oh, and don't forget that s/he never casted Refresh

I recall it a bit differently. Night falls, the banshees come out to play... The lolI'maRDM? claims one of them, the other, sensing noobs camped in the middle of the lake (seriously, WTF? ) immediately goes in for the kill. The RDM then pulls that banshee and immediately begins to start taking more pain than they can handle (again, seriously? RDM56 can't handle two banshees?) and, once at about 33% health, the RDM books it, I mean flat out runs Sadly, it seems the PL made it to Delkfutt Tower. Anyways, as Sardia and I start making the trek back to the OP, one of the party members runs along, banshee in tow, and calls for help right in front of us. Why then and not earlier, I don't know. Anyways, killed that one pretty easily and made it back to the OP.

Eh, it was only after we lost the DNC that we began to do better than "alright". We only told him two or three times he was the puller. Not to mention, the DNC/NIN actually attacked a slept link not once, but again after the RDM slept it another time!

One of my LS members is a Taru PUP. Needless to say my greeting to him in parties is usually "Which noob invited that gimp lolTaruPUP?"

Eh, it was only after we lost the DNC that we began to do better than "alright". I mean, really, out of the group (WAR/THF, WAR/MNK, DNC/NIN, PUP/DNC, RDM/WHM?, and WHM/???), why wasn't the DNC pulling? Oh, other than a bit of incompetence. I mean, the DNC/NIN actually attacked a slept link not once, but again after the RDM slept it another time!

He was either AFk or on something because there was no way he was sober. I didn't mind pulling it's just when you're WAR/THF it's kinda hard sticking Acid Bolts when pulling since subbing NIN or BLU will give you a much larger AGI boost.Still I don't think I did too bad at pulling this time, I mean I didn't pull *that* many links
