I forget to use RR as the only raiser in a group a lot. <_<; Needless to say it's really pissed my limbus/nyzul leader off the couple of times it's become an issue. Never got used to casting it since it was pretty much a waste of mp in parties 66+. Campaign is retraining me though ...

it happens im sure i'd forget it sometimes too
we were at the end anyway so we still got a lot of coins and stuff
people should just spring 14k for their own RR anyway though

I constantly have to R3 other WHMs who forget to put their RR back up in Dynamis. Drives me nuts. Putting it up is just a habit for me. As soon as it wears, it goes back up.

Seriously people are fucking bogus. We accepted a server transfer a few months ago, he was a good player, seemed like a nice guy, we hooked him up w/ lots of nice SMN and SCH gear in a short amount of time, then as soon as his transfer is up he hops servers and heads to apply for another shell. On his app he doesn't even mention ever having been in our LS or on our server.

I don't know what it takes to fucking please people and just keep a LS together and keep members happy.

I usually remember to put up rr since its kind of beat into you as a whm. But there are times I do forget but its usually the dumbest times. When you are farming water in sky with 10 other people that are skilled players, rr will drop so you don't put it up immediately...no big deal. WRONG! Why? Because people get hit with the stupidity bug when doing repetitive boring things. No one does their job the way they are supposed to and they don't pay attention. Blms are meleeing, tanks are facing the wrong way, dogs are mating with cats, the whm is getting beat to death, and no one vokes, cures, or anything to keep you alive. Dead whm with no rr. Then the whm gets attitude from the people not doing their jobs for not having it up! Never fails.

Had a farming party for organs in sea a few days ago and similar crap happened. Didn't put up rr because I was called to help rather quickly and really had not been on a mage job for over a month. Sam decides to pull aerns like we actually have a full alliance with other healers when there is a whm (me), thf, and the sam only in the party. He runs off by himself, pulls 2 aerns, I have 200 mp, by the time me and the thf reach him he's nearly dead, and I let him die. I go to rest by him to raise 3 him and the thf pulls an aern. I get 250 mp, r3 him, and the thf is dying and I have no mp. I run up and bene. The thf uses his nifty "I take your hate" ability and I rest. Sam runs up with 100 hp and starts to melee, the aern does a aoe and the sam is at 20 hp now. I stand up and cast a cure 3 on the sam cause its all I have. He backs off for a minute and then runs in ws's and dies. The thf's shadows go down and he's dying and I have no mp. Just as I tick enough for a cure 3 we get an add, I stand up, start casting, the thf dies, and I'm getting ass raped. Can't sleep it and I die with no rr. Yaaaaaaaaaaay for farming! LOL

Ooooo that kind of turned into a rant/peeve and I didn't even know I had it in me!! LOL

Just sounds like retards. Might as well make your own party if people can't figure out that you can't TP burn things at that level. Any healer that keeps subjecting themselves to dying repeatedly from a party that believes they can TP burn that early will eventually stop taking those invites. So, those kind of parties will hopefully not be able to find healers because they killed them all.

Go into the Dunes at any time and you can guarantee that about 80% of the parties there are merit parties now. How the novelty of meriting in the dunes hasn't worn off yet is anyone's idea. I would have though that Korraloka or even Qufim would be a far better choice for meriting than the Dunes of all places.

And it is possible to TP burn stuff in the dunes as an all DRG party but actually getting 6 DRGs together in a party is tricky since they are all of soloing. The new exp boosts on EPs and DCs has made soloing look even more alluring to the pet jobs too.

And honestly I just keep /anon up for WHM now unless someone I know needs a healer or something. Not even having "<Level Sync>: <No Thanks> has stopped people from asking me to those parties. It makes me wish that "<Read the bloody search comment!>" was supported by the auto-translator. I love how Level Sync makes it easier for me to level with people on my friend's list but it also annoys me that people are essentially using it as essentially free Merit Points by going to low level party areas. Isn't that what campaign was made for?

There are times where you just simply cannot get RR back up in time or you don't have the MP or there might be more pressing matter at hand. RR costs both a ton of MP and a lot of time to cast unless you're WHM/SCH and I can count the number of WHMs I know (myself included) that have SCH levelled on two fingers. I'm pretty OCD with RR myself, it's up as soon as I leave the MH, but it's impossible to have it up 24/7 especially when doing events where so much at once is going on. Then gain in hectic events where just about anything can go wrong at any time there are very few reasons why everyone shouldn't bring some form or reraise along just incase someone with raise can't get to them.

Though for slower things like farming parties, Skillchain Parties (Yes they still exist. I also tell everyone to use a skillchain if there is a BLM, RDM or SCH in the party too), NM camping and doing story missions there is no excuse really.

I understand this, and yeah, sometimes shit happens. But I'm talking about the same WHMs that I have to Raise over and over and over and over and over because they never have it up ... they drive me nuts.

Yet another event lost due to subpar play from our BLMs and RDMs. I think my biggest peeve isn't even that most of our BLMs and RDMs can't be assed to play the job well(even though IT'S NOT THAT FREAKING DIFFICULT, JUST HIT A BUTTON WHEN YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO), it's that the LS leader is trying to make new strategies to make up for the fact that they suck, rather than telling them to stop fucking sucking or get the fuck out.
