I just had to post note on this but I had someone leave game few days ago. I had not heard from the in a year and they handed me all the gil/items. They just wanted to say thanks for my help in there first month when I gave them gil and told them to sell at that stuff in their bazaar to an NPC, thank you Peuhobaud.

Keep the faith they do remember you guys friend list or not.

Kind of out of place here but it's to do with friend list and it seriously peeves me

I sent a friend request to somebody by mistake I think they denied me anyways lol but it's still saying pending and that bugs me.
Also so many people on my list that dont play anymore.

How do you remove them?

This game hates Euro players, I have bough the game twice now and first time I got a leaflet inside with only the keyboard commands and in the 2008 collection I got a dvd thing that explains nothing.

and dont get me started on the talisman Wtf is up with that? fair enough I dont want the bit of tin on a string but everybody should be able to have a chance to aquire the ingame item,

and then there is items for attending events. Not everybody can drop work and cross the seas to attend an event.

Where's the love for casual players?

How do you remove them?

Do it in POL. Go to the friendlist in POL, click (or right click, can't remember) their name and delete them.

Ok...I have a peeve but its not related to the game. My cousin messages me and tells me my mother is over at her house. My mom wanted to see her new laptop and she told my cousin to look something up for her. SOMETHING I DO NOT WANT TO KNOW ABOUT!! Good lord you don't message someone and tell them that!! Thats my 76 yr old mother your talking about and its the LAST thing I'd think of her doing on a computer! Christ....I'm not going to be able to sleep tonight....

Sounds like the people in your LS are either in need of an attitude adjustment, or you just up and leaving.

People who get pissed at you helping your friends just because of the linkshell they happen to be in deserve nothing from you but a quick trip to the Blacklist.

*shakes head* This is why my brother and I are building our own LS since our return. Pretty much screen the entrants before letting them in, and anyone who turns to douchebaggery gets booted no questions asked.

Getting sick of TP burns in general. It was merely annoying pre-sync. Ok so the party isn't setup for one, we can still just slow down a bit and hit #5 chains with no problem. Everyone is /NIN? It pretty much gimps any DD or support not a THF, RNG or COR but the party still functions and I'l getting along with them so I can let it slide. Single blink tank? They're gonna be an MP sponge without a second voke and hate is going to be everywhere? Yeah that's pretty annoying when exping on anything not Crabs. No tank when exping on Puks? I died a whole bunch of times because of hate issues but that is why WHM has RR right? Being booted from the same party for not being WHM/NIN? Wha?

This is how a number of parties have been lately. I usually take issue with needless /NIN subs most of the time. I mean why go SAM/NIN when SAM/THF or SAM/RNG has a much higher damage output? Why go WAR/NIN when WAR/BLU is far more MP efficient as a tank? What is the point in BLM/NIN in a party when SCH is there to say hi? Then there are the "everyone /NIN, no tank" setups which work great for merit parties but if you're fighting something that hits fast and takes a while to kill like Bats, Beetles and Gobbies chances are the shadows are going to go down within seconds and the mages are going to die quick, painful deaths followed by the melees. There is a reason why all /NIN is merit only. Utsusemi Ichi alone sucks for this, you need Ni which is only available at 74.

This problem has been getting more and more common with level sync. it's why I rarely party with anyone outside my own LS anymore. I'm sick of being killed all the time or being booted from a party for saying no to WHM/NIN or the DDs being so gimped from /NIN that I run out of MP long before the mob dies. Why? What is the point in trying TP burn tactics in a party or level range that obviously can't support it? it rarely makes any difference at low levels considering you level so fast the speed rarely matters too much. These people are infuriating me to the point where I just can't be bothered with exping with people outiside my LS or friend's list (which is about 65% LS members and 10% former LS members anyway).

Are people so stuck in thier "Endgame is the only part of the game" mindset that even low level exp parties are just turning into nothing more than all /NIN no tank TP burn fests? If you want to merit do it at 74-75 where that strat actually works. I'm happy to be actually be GETTING party invites on WHM now but that's redundant when about 60% of those invites are for these parties in the dunes of all level ranges. if anywhere that is the last place that kind of setup will work because YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE SHADOWS AT THAT RANGE.

Is anyone else having problems with this or have I just been really unlucky?

Just sounds like retards. Might as well make your own party if people can't figure out that you can't TP burn things at that level. Any healer that keeps subjecting themselves to dying repeatedly from a party that believes they can TP burn that early will eventually stop taking those invites. So, those kind of parties will hopefully not be able to find healers because they killed them all.

last night in limbus we had a blm, a rdm, brd, and whm with us for the backline
and we got wrecked idk where but
why was I, a thf, the only fucking person who had RR up? fuck yes for everyone HPing out
which i had to do anyway because of lack of space for a warp and i wasnt waiting for an hour for one of the mages that was gonna HP and come RIII everyone i have a buffer tyvm
