WOW EPIC SHITTY PARTY!

Welcome to all of my parties lvl 70+ ; ; Including being accused of my wyvern stealing exp, since everyone knows that pets reduce the amount of exp a party gets 'cause the Brady Guide says so.

Then an the imp pops.

Whm didn't Repose or whatever their sleep spell is called?

20 gil says that she had the teleport spells macroed in with her normal Whm spells too

So... this explains why it's raining toads outside. I was wondering that.
My pet peeve. So i decided to do my third, Ohat run for myself. I shout and suprisingly get a few responses. After about an hour or so i got a full alliance. I tell people to meet at the temple and we'll go from there, and also remind them multiple times to bring snk/viz. Of course, no one but me remembers this, so i end up giving out all i had not including nin tools.

Four of the members gets hate in the den, falls down a hole and drop dead. They get pissy and warp home. By this time about a good half hour members are just arriving. My brain is about to explode. They get lost, i tell them to stay put, of course they get lost, aggro and drop. After raises and arguments we carry on. We get to the spawn location and clear the area.
Everyone randoms and we get going, no problem hat drops and the guy d/c's >.>; O...kay. I pop my cluster, we wipe. People missing stuns, healers going afk half way thru the fight. I think I developed a brain tumor in the process. People start again with the bitching and complaning and people warp and or/d'c.
I honestly, cannot comprehend what goes thru most peoples minds. I know Ohat isn't the end all be all piece it once was, but I've had a cluster for months. So now to decide to farm another cluster and try again, or just give up for good..

Ya I gave up after losing my 5th cluster. One out of five was broken during crafting, the other 4 were just ignorant mistakes by skilled people that caused a wipe. Never failed, always on my cluster. Everyone else's cluster was no problem....mine....f u no hat for j00! After my last ls lost my cluster, I was told over and over by a sac how they were going to make me another and get me a hat asap.....ya riiiiiiiight. I just said forget it and left it at that.

All this fuss over the Ohat is another reason I'd just go with the Pahluwan Helm, assuming you can wear it that is.

About 22 hours after the last bit of fun, we duo Despot in Sky to make up for last nights loss, and some new LS I've never heard of steals it, rubs it in our faces that they stole it, and GMs do nothing. Best. Week. Evar.

No wipe, we had just gotten started. We kited it down to the south end to kite around the little lake by BB entrance, they brought their entire alliance and stood in our way trying to intentionally fuck up our kite path. After a minute my partner cast in a bad spot and got a Sprinkler on him, he stuns Despot, I sleep Sprinkler, which should have resulted in simultaneously claim of both mobs the same way it did when we pulled 2 Despot PHs not even 5 minutes before that, instead Despot went yellow and they immediately grabbed it. We had an add yes, but an easily manageable one and hadn't even gotten hit or anything.

Despite the chat log literally showing one of their members saying 'goddamn right we stole your mob' in /say, and despite the GM response being within 2 minutes of Despot dying while the whole LS was still in the zone not 5 feet away, GMs did nothing.

Yep, there is no "stealing" of mobs in the game according to some GM's. It's fair game if it comes unclaimed. Of course, its douchebaggery at its best if you do something like that but they won't help one bit. I've seen nm's taken that way before, called the GM myself on more than one occasion, and always got the same reply.

I didn't expect to get Despot or GotW back, but it'd be nice if something were at least done about the griefing tactics. But oh well, not like it's a hard NM to get, we got it again today, possibly twice, we just grab it in our spare time so that we can farm Diorites when we have greater numbers. Funny to me that a shell who still does mainly Sky and is apparently desperate for Despot can act like such hard-asses though.

I havent got that far in the game to see or experience any of that, but i have got a few peeves.

1. Ive spent the good part of one week looking for a party as 48 bluemage/Nin and not one invite. Not even enogh people in my level group to make a party. Has something happend so that people around the 46-50 people dont party any more? Over the past week i have seen at most 6-14 people online in that level range. I would solo but i am unsure of any places or how to get to them to solo. I am not very well informed of this game. I just go with what i see.

2. "lols galka mage (Too Weak)!!" *kicked from party*
Finaly managed ot get an invite after another 3 hours waiting. One of my mates gets a party and asks in a favor. I managed to get in and all is well. The setup was ok in my opinion.
SAM (friend) PLD (leader) THF RDM BLU (me) and a DNC. Party seems friendly and talkative. I gather my things and head towords Garlaige place (unsure of spelling)

As soon as i arive i get this in the party log.

pld: wtf?? galka blue mage?
thf: lol mp (Too Weak)!!
rdm: lol!!! Galka trying to be a taru!!! lol!!
sam: Galka can do just as good as any other mage. Just like any Taru can be great at melee.
dnc: Ive known some great galka whm's. They can hold their mp well.
pld: galka cant do mage they should stick to the mindless jobs like mnk same as taru being only mage taru melee suck!!
me: Have you even checked my gear? I have made up for the low mp easily.
pld: dont care galka sucks as mage stick to mnk noob

Me, the sam and the dnc are kicked for being "noobish"...

Now i was wearing full Galka RSE, electrum hairpin and electrum ring. I had about 350mp+ with also some spells equiped.

I do understand that galka arent realy built for mage, but come on give us a chance!! We work for the RSE/other mp enhancing stuff. We learn how to controll our mp the hardway. I personly have seen taru melee outdamage some good melee in a pt. I have seen galka mages out perform some taru mages. Why are people stuck in this stereotype?

This is why I won't do dd/tank on my tarus. Too much attitude from idiots and the older I get the less patience I have. Personally, I don't consider blu a true mage class. I consider them a dd and galkas are great dd's!

Skill > gear > race

I play as a tarutaru samurai, and I can outdamage elvaan's pretty easily. Anyone can play their job right, but people who have the mentality that taru's can't play melee and galkas can't play mages have no business doing anything with me.
