It took 15 fucking hours to get my 5th and final Euvhi Earring. And then I got the wrong chip color, turned it into a Sanative Earring, and completely fucking wasted all 5 organs. Quitting FFXI is looking better by the day.

So almost exactly 24 hours after I choose the wrong chip and waste 5 Euvhi Organs that took me an absurd amount of time to get, I manage to somehow pass something that I didn't mean to and don't recall passing, and 2 Siren's Hairs that should've been for the LS bank ended up in the trash. Good week so far.

I think you can use the item restore request for this if it was only yesterday, I know they do it for PPAs, that's my last defense should I shoot mine again now that I'm out of CP.

It's rare/ex and non-repeatable quest...but wiki says there's a glitch to where you can send through delivery box, so I dunno.

WOW EPIC SHITTY PARTY!

Ok pt in the mire by Soulflayers and Imps. (Yes I know...first mistake.) One death getting to back camp. Party gets going though its rough. Pld, thf, drk (me), brd, rdm, whm....not enough dmg. An imp pops in the corridor we are camped otherwise the camp is fairly safe. Brd goes to pull and gets aggro from a soulflayer. So he brings it back to camp and we proceed to kill it......well we try to. Soulflayer does Ice Spikes so lots of paralyze going on. It also does -ga spells which I would stun if I weren't paralyzed. What is the whm doing?? Casting Holy....over and over.... The Soulflayer is at 50%+ hp....now maybe a couple holy's at 2% but 50+%....NO. So of course we are dying because the pld can't provoke with para, we can't hit with para, I can't stun with para......ya.....wow...epic. Then an the imp pops. Brd can't sleep it with para....brd is /nin. Rdm can't paralyna cause he's /blm. We wipe.

So the whm has rr up and rr's but that imp is still around so she goes around the corner. Not on her own accord mind you....someone had to tell her to. So she rests and gets mp and then stands and starts casting Tele Yhoat....WTF?? She sits and then stands and tractors someone. I'm thinking "don't tell me she isn't going to cast rr first!" and she stands and starts casting tele Yhoat AGAIN dot dot dot Finally she starts casting raise 3 on the person she tractored. I'm like "um...you might want to cast rr on yourself first..." so she sits and then casts rr on herself. Yes, yet again someone had to tell her to do the right thing. Ok she gets rr up, casts raise on the pld, tractors the thf, casts raise on the thf and they all are resting in a highly aggro area. Of course they are being very vigilant right?? NOT! The pld gets aggro and decides to fight it instead of going into a corner and dying. So the thf joins in....and the whm probably would have too if the imp didn't cast sleepga. So the pld and thf die again. The whm goes off to rest to start over.........and gets aggro and dies. So the whm rr's and rests RIGHT WHERE SHE DIED! /slap! Of course, she dies again and leaves the party in a huff. The pld has to go do sky so she leaves and now I'm sitting in the pt with the brd, rdm, and thf trying to reform.

So we discuss our downfall and the thf and I agree the whm was an idiot. The rdm (who during the conversation says he doesn't know the whm personally) decides I'm an a**hole because of what I'm saying. I tell him I have a 75 whm so I know how to play the job and therefore know that she wasn't playing up to par. He rants about how I don't have to be such an a**hole blah blah blah. I'm like "How am I being an a**hole to her when I never said a thing to her in pt. I'm discussing the situation with people after the fact and she isn't even around!"

So a whm that has to be told to heal, to cast paralyna, to not cast holy (all of which the thf told her to do not me), where to rest, to cast rr, etc is NOT an idiot? And don't give me this shit that she's learning blah blah blah We are talking about a level 70+ whm and if you don't know that crap by now then you need to quit the game.
