I don't know, I never tried it. I should. But like I said someone is there operating the character, so he'd probably just initiate trade.

I don't know if this would be possible since I don't know how botting works, but it kind of sounds like he's sitting there with two computers. One using a bot to catch teleport requests while he does other stuff on a second computer, occasionally turning to make "hi" comments.

There's not really a whole lot you can do about it, and quite honestly, FFXI is a game.

If you're bored enough to go around starting witch hunts, you seriously need a new hobby.

That's not it at all Feba, but when people who daily state how much they hate RMT but still accept the tele from him, I have issues with that.

I have reported him to the STF, nothing has come from it yet, but aside from that there's not much I can do.

and your point? They might not realize he's RMT; there's certainly not even proof from your statements. At worst, you can assume he's running a teleport bot while at his keyboard; he could also be someone who has nothing better to do than sit around waiting to teleport people, and has a good response time. Even assuming he's botting, it's a pretty far jump from there to RMT (I highly doubt teletaxing is profitable enough for RMT).

Aks I know exactly what you mean. I've tried to tele'whore on occasion but there is usually the same guy in town thats lightning fast...........too fast. I've been typing since I was 13 and I'm fast but if he's around I'm never fast enough. It just doesn't seem possible that I can be beaten that much. People make mistakes, have distractions, etc but not this guy. It annoys the s**t out of me.

we have rmt tele bots on ragnarok; some don't have the crystals and just the PT is tele'd while they chill in whitegate, others do
/sh for a tele, and join them
walk next to them and tele-xarc their ass and leave
or pay them 1 gil
we kept paying 1 gil, and they changed it to decline and say "The minimum is 1000 gil."
just keep fucking with them
maybe try a DIII but i doubt they have a past nation registered

i stood here waiting for the ??? to pop for 3 hours last night with nothing
and this morning its already been 1h 45m
