-Mages who don't carry echo drops and then get mad when other mages who are smart enough to carry echo drops don't silena them fast enough. Seriously, Echo drops are NOT that expensive, its not that hard to always have a stack on you in the situation where you need to un-silena yourself. (Same goes with ALL MP users, Paladins/Blue Mages/DRKs/etc)

Oh this just happened to me last night in Dynamis. I had a rdm going {Silenced} in my pt every time it happened. I was chomping at the bit to say {Echo Drops}! LOL It was especially irritating since my computer is hobbling along and I'm lagging like a mofo in Dynamis so it was taking me a few seconds to be able to silena him. /twitch

-People who come to events, get the item they want, and then leave. Seriously, today during a Swift Belt run, one guy got his swift belt and then immediately tried to leave. "Can i go?" he was the third guy who got his Belt, and the two people before him stayed to help without a problem, but once this guy got his Belt he immeditaley wanted to leave. Thats really stupid, i hate how people are so selfish in this game, i know theres a degree of selfishness but seriously, we helped you with your belt, we stayed to help you, why cant you stay to help others, i would understand if he had to go to do something irl, or an event, but the second it dropped onto him the first thing he said was "So, can i go now?"

Oh I'd like to add to this. It is VERY irritating to see this but what really irks me is when its a select few people that do it all the time. They are people that always come up with good "excuses" too. "I have to go visit my mom, she's in the hospital." "We are putting my dog to sleep and I've had her since I was 4 yrs old. /sniff /sniff" "My best friend just called and his house just burnt down!" yadda yadda yadda. I mean its believable the first time, questionable the second time, but by the third time......COME ON PEOPLE HE'S MAKING THIS S**T UP!! We had a guy that had to watch his kid and used that as an excuse for not showing up to events. Ok...thats believable...but for over TWO MONTHS? He never got a break once in 2 months....wow. Then we started doing an event that dropped an item he really wanted and guess what!? SURPRISE! He was able to get away at that exact time every time we'd do it!

-People who try to pass off this "I pay 12.95 a month for this game, i can sub what i want", my response is, "Yeah, but the 5 other people in the party pay 12.95 a month to play the

That reminds me of an O-Hat run where I got my O-Hat. We probably have at least 10 people who needed it that run. One guy doesn't even show up on time, and joins us at the pop site after the first two Hakutaku fights. Instead of determining pop order once up front, we were /randoming after each fight to see who would get to go next. This later comer ends up lucking out with his /random and gets his O-Hat. He fought Hakutaku maybe twice that afternoon before he "had to leave". Meanwhile, everyone else stuck around for a good 5+ hours. He might have logged of for a short while to do something IRL. But I did a search for him maybe an hour after he left the alliance, and he was in an exp pt in Bibiki Bay.

Makes me ill every time I think about this.

God...O-hat....my arch nemesis. I've helped SO many people get one but have yet to get mine. I've gotten 5 pops and failed every time. Every single other person's pop went off without a hitch but not mine. (Hey Selphiie I have the same luck as you! LOL) The other 2 times the crafting failed. Personally I prefer /random'ing for popping. Whenever I've been in an alliance that does the set order, it never fails that near the end people come up with excuses to leave and the last person gets shafted. Been there and done that a few times. /sigh

Just poll your alliance. Who has to leave early? Ok. You're all going last.

I think there are so many ways you can fail to defeat the O-Hat NM at any point in time that it's pointless to worry about order. First fight? Everybody's just geting warmed up. Maybe wait a let a few others go first so everybody settles into their shoes? People might leave.

On my run I went first, got mine, and then we wiped on the second run. People just HP'd and disbanded. I felt so bad too because it was at 1% and I tossed a Dia on it hoping to finish it off after I died or something. No such luck.

Lol I got talking into going to help an o-hat run as like pld58 or something. lawl. Ya we wiped. O-hat run was my pet peeve after that.

Its really annoying as THF to get behind the tank to Trick attack them and the mob is out of range, you know why? Because the stupid tank and their lack of brain cells has to stand like 5 feet away from the mob making the THF not able to get in range of the mob to SATA...

Not being able to walk around non-anonymous as Bard:

I'm getting pretty sick of people asking me for partys when im not seeking as Bard. I'm getting pretty sick of me being /anon with a /seacom saying I'm playing solo and still getting /tells from people who know im a Bard harassing me for merits. Seriously, get off your damn TOAU mindset that Partys cannot be done without Bards and make a regular party. That means a tank, damage dealers, support, and healers. NOT a Bard, 4 Damage Dealers, and a Red Mage. Seriously, if i wanted to merit, i will be seeking, i will have a GREEN dot by my name and I will have a Flag up. If I DIDNT want to merit it will be completely known that i didn with my /seacom that saying "I'm playing solo right now" or "AwayAFK" WITH NO FLAG. What PISSES me off the most about it is if someone asks me, and i say no thanks, and they get mad at me. Seriously, I DONT WANT TO MERIT!!!!! I'll politely turn them down when im not seeking but that shouldn't be a reason to get pissed off because you I don't want to merit. Seriously im not even going to walk around as Bard anymore, im just going to do everything as Paladin, maybe people will leave me the hell alone.

Ya cerb has some funny people on it, Armada claims KV kites decides they don't have enough darks or heavy DD to kill but try anyways. Chainstun failed, they about wipe and CFH, people were spamming because of the wipe so a bunch of people get hate. KV runs around killing people while I have a good laugh (only getting tod). Armada hates Prog and WW and basically the server hates armada i guess, I really don't get involved with server drama anymore made that mistake in Demo.

Nope it didn't, Prog kited it CFH until earth weather they let cfh come off and kited it again claimed, got the kill and Ace's.

People that camp right on top of you, when you were:

1) Obviously there first

2) There are not enough mobs to support more than 1 party

So instead of moving on they have their whole pt and their WHM try claiming mobs like its a NM hunt...
