I had the worst luck with pulling in CN today. No matter HOW HARD I TRIED, I always got a link in my last party. I dunno what happened. On the last pull i managed to get three links, and I only saw one crawler when I launched an arrow at it, and when I got to camp, I had three attacking me. I still cant figure out how that happened.

I'm almost tempted to quit the game now, 'cause a level 75 came to PL us and left after saying "Just because I came here doesnt mean you guys cna be idiots" and the person that she came with didnt say anything before leaving. My friend has assured me that they wont remember it and that "It's only level 37", but damn if it doesnt feel like I wont be getting a party with any of those people ever again. Hopefully they werent in to prominant a LS and have not spread my name as a bad player, 'cause usually I'm pretty good. ._.

Trust me, higher level players have done stupider crap, like Claiming darters instead of Fafnir or making Nidhogg flail and MPKing all of the Aery, someone pulling a link won't go down on your reputation, they will probably forget it when they are laying dead in Dynamis from their puller dying too early during a sack pull and killing the whole alliance, NOW THATS sometime to remember lol.

People in partys that go AFK without saying anything, so when the mob mobes you just see this MNK standing in that same spot, after about 30 seconds they look back at their screen after taking their eyes off their PSP "oops yeah", WS at 100TP, back to super mario punchout!

Oh ya....HUGE issue of mine is inconsiderate people. Along the same lines, we've had the entire ls gathered for an event and had people go afk with no warning so then we stand around for a half an hour waiting. Of course, any person that comes back has a very important "excuse" once they see how irritated we are.

Similar peeve is people that can see the lsmes and see the time an event is planned and can see people talking about gathering in the ls chat AND STILL stay in their merit/exp party. They either have the audacity to ask "oh do you need me?" or "oh I wasn't aware that we were gathering."

Once I watched a person that was exping ask if they could join some ls members for assualt runs. They said they "should be leveling soon" and after they leveled they would leave and join them. So all the other members gathered and were waiting and I was contemplating joining them but decided not to. So I was putzing in game for a while selling stuff and chatting, when I see in lschat "ok my replacement is on the way and I'll be there in a little bit". I looked at the clock and FORTY FIVE MINUTES had passed.... I'm sorry, I have a good healthy patience meter but there is no way in hell I would wait 45 minutes for some selfish prick to get their level. Learn some CONSIDERATION FOR OTHERS because obviously this person's parents didn't teach it to him/her.

4. My ultimate pet peeve about FFXI: Losing friends! I mean losing them to RL, other games, etc. I don't mean just temporarily either, I mean they quit the game and you never see them again. I've met some really incredible players and some damn good people over my years on FFXI, and when one of them decides they are quitting, it really bothers me; I suppose just for the fact that I feel sorry for myself that I won't get to see them/spend time with them anymore. Thinking of the friends that I have lost over the years is the only thing (to date) that ever makes me want to leave this game.

I tend to try to make a point to make a point of contact other than FFXI with the better ones, to prevent exactly this... but sometimes, that doesn't work either...

I think someone needs to move out of his mommys house and get a girlfriend if hes that bored/retarded....

On a related note to my last post, thanks for the advice Selphiie. I'm trying to see if there is a job that cant pull that might interest me, but the capability seems to be across the board for the most part. Plus I've pulled and that hasn't happened before, so it may just be that i was really tired (which I was).

I hate crashing and burning like that, lol. D: Always upsets me more then it should.

I would have GM'ed him, if you knew that he did it on purpose. Might not have gotten him anything but a warning, but might have been enough to get him to stop being an asstard.

I could have swore they fixed this. I remember at NA release this happening quite often and then they fixed it and you could not cast on people who were synthing.

Campaign made people lazy...

Paladins dont want to tank... well because most of them are sub /dnc, Paladins won't tank.

White Mages just for some reason refuse to cure people and go WHM/NIN and just lets everyone die despite the fact people /say and /shout "Cure Please"

People who go to campaign and beseiged at like lvl 10 expecting to get max exp... good luck lol, just suck it up and get a regular party.
