Wasn't meant to you, was meant to mages in general not sarcastic or anything
they know what to do
the melee who get slept need to relax 2 seconds
my favorite is when the whole party is slept, then the mage says "zzz" or "im asleep" "sorry slept" etc etc and theres that one idiot who keeps hitting back so the log window is

I really hate when I'm the mage and I get slept just as I run up to Protectra. 9/10, I'm out of range, but the damn buffs always wear right when the mob decides to sleep everyone, and lord knows if I don't put buffs up right when they wear I'll hear about it. Can't wait till the end of the fight so I don't get slept, oh no.

Probably gonna end up on mandies again in Boyahda Tree at some point as a WHM, so yippie.

lol, I didn't take that offensively. I actually have a pretty thick skin, and I end up joking on myself...sometimes alot. lol Sarcasm is ok in my book.

As far as the one melee idiot...I've never run into that one. I'm not sure if I'd laugh or cry. My best is one guy from a yuh. jungle party. He insisted on fighting with the puller from another party that was camped nearby about claims, and who's party was killing faster etc. etc. ...all this was done in /shout. I almost tickled the Warp macro when he said, "Your just mad because we are owning Yuh. jungle...." ......in l33t speak. OMG-GMAFB. Even though it's just a game, I was so embarrassed to be in the same party with the guy that I sort of sunk into my chair.

Nins that don't have Utsusemi: Ni at level 40 and don't tell you until you get to Riverne Site A. Then yells at smns that get hate because they have to cure him. Then send me tells asking why Ni is important.

Nah we're not gonna lose it.. the maintenance should be just about done now. The problems will happen if there's any kind of file update longer than say.. 2 hours. Otherwise we should be fine.

But still.. damnit SE don't mess with my head like that! I've been preparing for this run all week!

Unfortunately, we get this all the time, we have lost Omega/Ultima runs, Dynamis runs, etc etc cause of maints.

I'm levelling smn up to 40 (just hit 30 this evening) for a sub as my main thing on the go at the moment so I been levelling through Kazham in parties, mostly because I haven't found a really good solo camp for smn 25+.

I don't know what it is but recently I have had a spate of parties with bad back liners.


Main healers not taking care of protect, at all.

Main healers who regularly rest through whole fights even at near max mp, watch the backup healers struggle and spam cures, then stand up to give the DDs a round of Cure III at the end of the fight. Had two parties with a main healer like this.

Main healers overcuring, not the occasional 75hp cure II, regularly 65hp and under on a cure II, 100-120hp on a cure III.

No enfeebling or extremely sporadic enfeebling (one spell every other fight tops)

When I am main healing, back up healers who will not cast a cure, even if I am at 60mp from spamming cure II and they have over 300mp still because they weren't doing their own job decently either. I'm not a whm, I don't have regen or cure III or shell or barfira and I can't land any enfeeble but dia so please get off your butt and help me when the tank gets hit for 400+ damage. Actually he did get up then, and he did cast cure II....on the mob ><

When I am main healing, a level 30 blm/whm telling my level 29 smn/whm to cast shell. You have the same sub as I do at the same level I have it at, do you have shell yet?

Back liners going afk for long periods of time with no warning.

Back liners not using any food at all or rationing the ginger cookies like they were gold dust.

It's not a race or anything. I mean, I'm not saying that people should be discouraged from answering questions, or that the first responder is always going to answer the question completely, or even accurately. But for crying out loud, at least read the other responses before replying. Try not to repeat the information that has already been provided by previous posters. If you have something to add, then do so. But if the question has already been answered, and you don't have new information to provide, then you know, save the novel for your blog.

well you know alot of the time, that is due to 3-4 people typeing their posts at the same time.
