Anyway... yeah...

Black Chocobos I'd always assumed were going to be the 'awesome' ones, but man, Blue seems to have gotten the short end of the choco-stick. (I want a Blue one ^^).

Good to see they implemented a summon chocobo thing, because honestly, if I couldn't ride him... I'd probably have fun anyway, FF7 chocobo race style, but STILL, it'd be more fun to ride him too.

Some speculation then: seeing as how these breeds of chocobos are given specific regional locations, (2 for Sandoria, 1 for Bastok and Windurst, and 1 for Jeuno)... keep in mind this is not official info that I'm saying here right now, then it wouldn't be out of the question to say that you -might- not need the expansion then, because it would -appear- as if the nations sell/have-quests-to-obtain their own species of eggs.

Who knows though @_@ , there's probably been another POL update by now
