Yeah, it's annoying how after a long day of work you come home to play and as soon as you log in you find out maintenance will start in roughly one hour. Can't really log in afterwards either because you won't get anything done before you need to go to bed if you wish to be able to get up in the morning. I wish they would somehow find a way to rotate maintenance times a bit. The week after ToAU release was a disaster. Maintenance after maintenance several times a week and always on EU prime time.

Yup us europeans getting the raw deal (as usual) just because there is less of us SE think they will get less complaints. Considering us brits pay the equiviland of $2 more than the US and japanese players a month due to our countrys VAT!!! so we pay more for it and get p****d on from above all the time. One of these days SE will learn that customer service is for everyone not just the US and Japan. Have you ever tried contacting SE Uk for problems, always in a que and they can never help you and tell you to contact a GM who should know more, thats great providing you could get into the game int eh first place. don't get me wrong I love the game (when its working) but we always seem to get the raw deal here.

Believe me, NA players don't have it any better when it comes to that.

actually it was five mins early, it's just they give they time as GMT, not daylight savings time which is actually GMT + 1 which is what most GMT countries run on over the summer. Always catches me out too. you'll probably fine by your clock the maint didn't start til 8 (even if you, like me, logged off at 7...).

                          Re: Maintenance

Everyone knows about British summer time (i.e. GMT+1 between end March and end September) SE being an international company with offices in teh UK, surerly they could work it out!! Incidently I didn't get home from work until *pm and didn't log on until 9:10pm hoping maintenance finished on time. anyways when i finally logged in got 3 levels of my new taru Whm done.

Any idea what these Issues are they repaired? I have heard the version update is in July anyone know an exact date and time for it? (heres hoping its not at European evning time again !!)

I'm suprised Mistercookie that they are as bad in the US, your culture and power behind your complaints is so much more meaningfull than in the UK, you have more control than we do.

yes but when they give the times in GMT it's not just for the UK, that time reference will be seen across Europe, Germany for example will know easily how to covert from GMT to their time ( i belive it's +1 or +2 i don't know if they run daylight savings there) but BST might throw them a little. If they were only dealing with the UK then i'd see your point, but to say that they should adapt the UK time for our convenience, whiile further inconveniencing the rest of Europe, who already have to do time conversions, seems to be a little selfish. It throws me and annoys me too, i either forget that we aren't GMT or work it out the wrong way, but i can see that they do it so that they can give a consistant time reference for people to workout their own time zones from.
