Is that one girl in the Weaver shop in Selbena the same girl tha twas in the opening movie of the game?

It sounds like she is, but I can't be sure, maybe more clues might be revealed later into the game.

I don't remember, unfortunately. I kind of came to that conclusion, and then some time ago it was verifed for me by someone else. But it's been a while.

I talked to the old lady who told me her story and about the boy she used to cry out for and I just came to the concusion my self too.

But all the time I was wondering if I was right or just had wishful thinking.

it's quite late into CoP before you get to know more about her. I say patience. Unless you really want to know before you do the mission.

So that little boy and girl from the opening movie actually have something to do with the Storyline of FFXI.

Thats even better then I thought. Can't wait until I can actuall play all those missions. It will be a while. Especally at the rate I play.

Unlocing the story/cutscenes is my favorite part in this game, 2nd is crafting and thiord is lving, cause I seem to die a lot.

If you're curious, go to selbina and talk to the galka bard and look at the cutscenes. I don't really want to spoil the mystery if you haven't done it. D:

CoP is worth completing just for the story itself. Limbus and other equipment from sea are just added bonuses.
