First of all I am new here so I would like to say hello.

Hello

I have a question and hoppfully someone can answere it. I got an Empress Band 2 a while ago and used ot for 5 charges and then tried to charge it a 6th time but it would not let me. I though mabye I needed to wait longer and let the conquest tally hapen so I could do it.. but it stil did not work even after a few days of waiting. So I decided to throw it away and try to buy a new one. But after I threw it away it wont let me buy a new one saying that I am not eligable or something. It has been a week now and it still does not let me buy one I tried buying the Chariot band instead but both of them say that I am not elegable and give a few possible resons of why this could happen but none of them are possible.

It says that I may need to wait until the next conquest results are in, it says that I can only have one thing like it a time, etc... It has been a long tie I have since changed jobs to level up a red mage and still no luck...

Can some one tell me what I need to do.

I have 3000 + conqquest points and am now lvl 12 RDM and leveling is getting slower and slower and I would really lke to use the bacd so I can make the ost of the time that I have.

I'm not sure what you're asking about, but basically, you can only recharge your empress band at a guard once every RL (real life) week. At the same time, if you recharged it once and you throw it away in the same week, you cannot get another one. Buying a second band, empress or chariot, counts as a "recharge".

OK so lets see if I got this correct. the last time I charged it was last sunday afternoon, and I threw it away this last tuesday. so you are saying that I should be able to buy a new one this coming sunday. Or mabye tuesday. or something entirerly different.

Sunday. The week starts over on Sunday at midnight JP time (so about noonish EDT, which is where I am). You will be able to get one Sunday afternoon.

I have a question:

I've been using my emp band in the dunes (with my pt of course) and after 25-30 minutes, the EXP icon on the top corner of the screen disappears and I no longer get any more double exp

I checked the band, I have it equiped, the charge is at 5/7, the timer is still going, but I still don't get any more double exp!

Whats going on?

It stops once you've earned an extra 1000 xp from the band. Then again, that would mean you're getting 2000 xp in 30 minutes, which is hard to believe as it's the dunes.

You passed the EXP limit you're alotted to.

you only get maximum of 1000 exp per use.

And you would have seen a message saying something like 'Cometgreen's Dedication effect wears off' right about the same time that icon disappeared as well.

I did remember seeing that "dedication" thing, but I didn't understand what it meant

Put on a real band after you use empress.


You cannot lose your dedication under ANY circumstances, EXCEPT:

180minutes pass
you gain 1000 bonus EXP


Taking the band off does not remove the effect, so fight with a real ring on!
