You've barely even played the game. I've been in this game for nearly 2 years and I'm the first to admit that I've maybe done 50% of the game. ZM and CoP are completed, I'm still exploring SEA, I know sky like the back of my hand (well almost) and the new expansion is a total mystery to me, I'm still trying to explore. Your sense of accomplishement is difficult to find at low levels. I didn't really feel "accomplished" until I got my boat liscense in Jeno at rank 5, I was lvl 50 then. Zilart missions were -hard- and getting access to sky at 4 am made me feel proud. My AF was very difficult to get, but I was proud when I got it all on Dayala. RDM AF is nothing to laugh at. I felt accomplished when I soloed all my whm AF with my lvl 75 RDM. I didn't need to ask for help. Rank 10 Sandy was a rush to get, now I'm rank 5 Windy, stuck on the hated lvl cap 5-1 XD I don't freaking have lvl 50 gear!
Now my game life has changed, I'm in an end game LS, one of the leaders, and we do -tons- of stuff I never imagined. There's lots of stuff out there you haven't even heard of yet. We're gearing up for our first Grand Dragon kill and we claimed our first King Behemoth and killed it on our first try. LS was in total glee. The quest for God Gear is a big passtime at higher level if you're a melee, every RDM dream is to get Crimson gear and the infamous Dalmatica. My favourtie thing to do lately is Dynamis. CoP you might enjoy, the story line is fascinating and well done, it's very hard to get to sea but you definately feel accompished. but I suggest you get rank 5 first to get access with ships and finish your Zilart expansion pack before hacking away at CoP.
Now with Besieged and Assault, there's tons more to do and I almost feel a bit overwhelmed! lol >.>
