Hello folks,
a while ago someone went through the trouble of putting together an excellent web page that allows you to schedule events, and have interested parties, sign up for them. The name of the site is ffxiparty.com
After talking to the creator a few days ago, he says the site has not had much traffic recently.
I thought, since there has been an influx of new/returning players, as well as the new content from ToA, that it might be a good idea to remind people that this tool is available.
