finally i fixed my internet so i can play downstairs(mostly cause my sis is craphead and said oohhh its not urs u cant have it in ur room im gonna be a lil shit and make u put it downstairs so u cant play). yeah so called my wireless router company (microsoft), they said to call my wireless adapter company (linksys). they then said to call playstation and ask them to get the ports for microsoft, but playstation then asked what error message i was getting i told them. they said they cant fix my problem and that i need to wait for higher technical support to call me in 3 - 5 bussiness days (this didnt go good with me). so the next day (yesterday) i called back told them my error message again, they said i had to call play online. i was on hold with them for about 30 mins and still didnt get anyone, so i desided to screw this hung up the phone and changed around alot of ips and settings and everything (complete guesses), and ended up fixing my own problem before any of these people helped with anything. all in all i spent about 5 hours on the phone to end up fixing my own problem.
so the moral here is dont bother calling any of these companies, first off cause all of them other than playstation are arib and u cant understand a word they're saying, and second because ull end up fixing ur own problem before they do anything.
