Yes i would in a second. The thought of being in a world of magic and wonder. where i am a hero and can help people using whatever powers i posess. going out and picking on bunnys lol. if vana'diel was real i would soooo be submiting a change of address at my post office.
speaking of the post office in ffxi you dont have to wait in mile long lines to send something
I woulden't trade this world for Van D but if they made a holodeck type deal I would be first in line. Oh yeh I forgot about the warning theyed have to post one for real about rembering to come back.
I dont think I would like to live in Vana'diel - its too damn expensive! Regular meals are high but think what Sunday dinner would cost!
But really, this is a serious question when I ask myself this. There are times when I wish I could transport myself into a fantasy setting for real, but not for good. Maybe for a week.
No. It would mean GMs would be gods. Plus, I would miss my music. But, getting away from GWB, republicans, and the crap of current events would be tempting.
I guess I wasn't specific enough. I mean if it was an another real life world. You know like the one were in, but Vana.. you get what I'm saying? ~.^ b Playing FFXI is fun, but sitting down all day playing it can be a real pain if you could be doing somthing better.
"Oh, you ca'n't help that," said the Cat: "we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're Mad." "How do you know I'm mad?" said Alice. "You must be", said the Cat, "or you wouldn't have come here."
You mean if Vana'diel was a place I could just move to, quit my job and make money farming truffles off funguar, synth my dinner, and never have to sleep? And I get an Onion Dagger and Dia for showing up? I'd move. In a heartbeat.
