Ka as in the sound of the letter K, heavy on the den, mire as in a swamp.
It means Ka from the swampland.

Mine may or may not be all that difficult, but just for clarification purposes (yes, I have been asked a few times):

                Lilithangel
Lilith, as per the demoness/succubus/first wife of Adam; Angel, as per those celestial beings from Heaven.

                Vicviper
Vick, as per Vick's Vaporub, minus the k's Vaporub, and Viper, as per the type of snake/model of Dodge sports car.

                Gradius
Gray-dee-us (as in "Us and Them")

                Falchionbeta
Fall-chee-un Bay-tuh (as in "huh?", but starting with a hard T instead of an H)

                Jadeknight
Jayd (silent e; as per the prescious stone/jewel/mineral/whatever) Night (as per opposite of Day)

Hopefully that clears a few things up.

                      Re: Character Name Pronounciation

Jenica - Jen (like first part of "Jeniffer") - ic (like "ick, a bug!") - a (ah)

Tirrock - Tir (sounds like "teir") - rock (see pebbles post)
Totally no relation to "Turok", who came out after my name. ._.; This is my screen name for just about everything, and too many people pronounce it "Turok". ><

Nanoguy - ...no comment needed. Totally a mule making fun of a college professor I had.
""Hey Nanoguy (a nanomachine) make me a steak!" and poof! A steak appears. With nanomachines supply is infinite, so the demand goes down." (Totally ignoring laws of physics saying you can't just create matter out of nothing. But he was an econ professor...not a physics professor.)

Ogbinfen - Og (sounds like cog) - bin (like a trash bin) - fen (like the first part of "fender").
Another mule to make fun of people passively. >_>a In this case the notorious "OG" group of players, each with "Og" in front of their name. (Which I assume is pronounced as "Oh Gee <name>", but I just call my fake-OG "og".) And the Binfens were the first group of gilsellers to camp amemet on midgardsormr. (Abinfen, Bbinfen, etc.) The binfens got wiped out in a mass gilseller deletion though.

Corndog - No help needed. I was hungry when I made that mule.

My character name is Tyre-Wyre. In game you only see Tyre though. Pretty easy to pronounce but often mistaken.

Tyre: the thing a car drives on: Tire,
                          or that burning stuff: fire
or someone who is not telling you the truth: liar
or the dude in an abbey: friar

Wyre: well, quite obvious I think? Wire! Like Barbed Wire!

                          Tyre-wyre pants on fire!

Arcaus: Arc-A-us Very simple, yes? Emphasis on the A.

Kitsunechan: Kee-tsoo-neh-chahn ; The ts in tsu is pronounced how you would say the ts in 'thats' but without the 'tha' and a long 'u' at the end. (Basic Japanese pronunciation)

Kietsu: Key-eht-tsoo ; once again the tsu

                            Arudaa: A-rude-ah

Revant: Rev-ant ; rev as in you rev up a car...had people think it went Reeve-ant for some odd reason.

                                Slightly intoxicated
In the moonlight, your face it glows.. like a thousand diamonds, I suppose.
And your hair flows like.. The ocean breeze...
Not a million fights could make me hate you, you’re invincible.
