Well basically the h's are not fully pronounced per se, just slightly vocalized ( not sure if this sound exists in English please forgive me for thinking in Swedish
)

Mozyr is Russian, so the "y" sound is a sound made in the back of the throat which is hard to describe in typing.
I pronounce it MOH-zher or MOH-zheer.-- Sarah
