I've noticed a fair number of folks in the lowbie areas (I've been spending a lot of time there lately), but I will say that it has started to thin out a bit. I think some Xbox folks bought the game not really realizing all that it entailed, and they may have already moved on in some cases.

There are a crapton of expansion jobs though. Everywhere I turn.

I'd say I've been having a really easy time getting parties. Especially since I'm already BLU54 o.O;

I did fine last night leveling THF in the Dunes, found a decent party and there was always someone seeking to be a replacement when someone had to leave. (I was leader. -_-) However, the mobs were the problem ... there were so many danged parties out there that I was either pulling T's or not pulling anything. Also were a couple groups just duoing or trio-ing. I was partying with the JP's though, during their prime time so maybe it's the time of day you are leveling.

Also, was leveling WHM in Garlaige the other day, there were at least four parties there. A few days ago, we looked around about four different areas before we finally settled on outside Sea Serpent Grotto, where there was still another party. Never seen so many parties before.

Normally I just solo to avoid the doons entirely, but lately they have been packed to the brim with new job only parties as well as several subless new players. My heart soared when I got a invite to a *maze maker* party with my pup, a place I haven't exp'ed at since NA release *tears of joy* Was wonderful nostalgia.

I must have had some bad like with times then. Garlaige was kinda empty when I went. I signed off after the Dunes incident though(around 6pm eastern), so I dunno if it picked up afterwards.

On Pandemonium, I haven't seen many EXPing near the late 70s maybe I'm just too lazy to level and see for myself. I've been to focused on Besieged and Assault and leveling BLU lately my SMN is starting to feel alittle strange to me lol I need to get back into the groove of things with my SMN and get it to 75 its been 70~72 for months now.

For the past two years I've built every party I've been in, due to always exp'ing with a friend of mine. Well this friend was busy recently and I needed exp, so I went lfg as blm. A few hours later I had to log, never saw an invite.

Over 50% of the people LFG at high-levels right now are seeking for Assault.

I'm actually having a very good time levelling my PLD these past weeks. I became the shining star when I /sea all inv 40-43 and found cor blu blu blu blu blu pld(me) yummy what other alternative tank can they invite ^^v 1-47 in a week. cor and blu are incredibly strong.

Yes, at least on my server, there are close to NO new players... is this the same for the rest of the servers? Does somebady know for a fact if there was a decent wave of new players?

On Seraph my play hours are UK (GMT) and before the expansion there was usually about 1700 people online (20:00GMT) At the same time now I usually /sea all and find about 2200 people online so it appears either a large amount of people came back or we did have a decent influx of 360 players.

I am taking my second job to 75 - that being BLM- and it is not that easy to get parties. There is still alot of rush for toa going on atm. So i am being patient and i am trying to make my own parties.

Really? I'm getting a few invites per day as a 29 BLM

I just got off of a 3 day marathon binge taking summoner from 42-50, so I can't honestly say I've had too much difficulty, though I did have to build a party yesterday, but there was a vast variety of people seeking.

Out of curiousity and slightly off-topic, did anyone notice that there were not that many new players off the 360 release? (As in completely new, not system-changers, etc). I've seen a few, but so far most of the population at Valkurm and whatnot are people just levelling the new jobs. It might just be me >.>

I am a new player and played in the 360 Beta. I was at level 23 when the beta ended. Three others have regularly played with me....also 360 players.

The four of us have a thread in a privately run close knit gaming/off topic forum, and the thread is almost 6000 posts big already! Others in the forum have seen how much fun we are having, and have joined up with us.

There are now 12 of us in my LS on the Ramuh server, all but one Xbox users. There are a few of us, but we are out there!!!

We are having a lot of fun exploring all these new places, and are just at the point of getting our advanced jobs (they are anyway...I'm staying BLM/WHM, but am going to mess with DRK with them)

Back on topic...finding a party is not an issue at all! With the 12 of us all around the same level now, we will have problems with too many people to fit in a 6 man party. And I still get /tells around Jeauno of wanting me to party with them, but I have to decline every one.

It's been a great time to level my whm. I'll be doing some crafting and what not and get random pt invites without having flag up. The funniest one was the tell I got last night as going to bed.

"[do you speak japanese?]"
"[I'm Sorry] [I dont speak any japanese]"
"JPN [party] [do you need it?]"

good times, good times.

I also got 3 lvls in a nin, thf, mnk, whm, pup X2 pt in the space of 4 hours. Granted the pups were pretty awesome.

Not so much wif my SMN =o BUT when I tried to level my subjob the other day, it was not possble too many new jobs seeking

I love the fact that with the info about the turban out, everyone 70+ wants to XP in the expansion areas for Imperial standing.

I solo blu and pup, and duo-static my 31war with my GFs WHM when the BLM action isn't doing it for me.
