Where to hunt?

I'm currently running with a party of a 12 WAR, 12 SMN and myself (12 RDM). We've mostly been keeping to La Rheine Plateau (we're all from Sandy) and hunting crabs and orcs, but I'm wondering if there isn't somewhere else we might hit for better xp. Any ideas?
