formulas for Weapon skills?

Greetings,

From time to time I see that people have knowledge about what sort of stats contribute to a weapon skill. (ie str + 25% of your attack = dmg from Double Thurst ((fake example) Is there a site that lists these sort of formulas? I'm very interested to see them.
