JeanRC: it's not Win64 only; you should be able to get it using Windows Update.

Balfree: the .NET framework is a runtime, you should never just "upgrade" it, as .NET applications typically require a specific version. As for the crashing, that's a case for MS support I guess ^^
i am on winxp pro and when i try the auto window update in my pc it dont show the .net framework thing. is there any link for .net framework for winxp pro?
i only saw x64 x8X and so on but non winxp

    Double Post Edited:
nvm i found one. hope it work

Hmm, audio playback for the Treasures of Aht Urhgan version doesn't work for me. Any reason why?
Yup, like the 2 end themes for CoP (the boss battle and the song), the music for ToAU (and presumably every future S/E release) is in ATRAC-3 format, a proprietary Sony codec. There is no documentation of that format, so POLUtils is unable to play those; given that the format is already quite old (it's what they used for MiniDisc), it seems unlikely that out-of-game playback will ever be possible for these tracks.

Would it be possible for me to play these files (burned on to a CD) with my Sony ATRAC3Plus/MP3 CD player? Was just curious. You know, doing it this way, I could have the CD player decode via optical output to a receiver which will then record the sampling on another format. Thus, bypassing everything ... but still doesn't solve the need to have a direct conversion of the files. But then having to do so would be in violation of Sony's own patent rights.

Well maybe - BUT that player will required some specific container format for the ATRAC3 data, so there would still be the matter of converting the .bgw to .at3 or whatever.
If you have JP POL, go to the dirge of cerberus or fantasy earth pages - they also have ATRAC3 music but not in .bgw format. Check the <JP POL>\user\viewer\pml\bgm folder (or similar - I'm sure of the pml\bgm part, not of the rest) for the .at3 files - can you play those on that player?
