When I got Lu Shang, the rod totally out shine every other rod in game.
Compare to that, Ebisu doesn't toally out shine Lu Shang. It is still better, just not that big of a jump.
Ebisu drains down stamina about 30-50% faster than Lu Shang. This is really nice. I can fight down fish like noble lady almost as fast as I could fight down moat carp ^^ really fun.
The fact that it doesn't break also mean a lot to me now because I already lost 1 Lu Shang while trying to repair it ; ;
On the negative side, it can still line snap. This was very disappointing when I first read about it. But, well, I already knew it when it happen to me so it wasn't totally unexpected ^^ And I can deal with that.

i also read some of your ebisu diary on titanictus and saw your frustration at losing your lu shang. you deserve this one more than anything. great work!
