Seriously, If any one has a clue on where to find this game on cd-rom, it would be awesome. Also, I have a e-machines comp. Any clue on what dvd-drive would work with this type of comp, if I can't find it on cd-rom?

Aht Urgan is not available on CD anywhere in the world. The DVD has 870 MB of data on it. It may be possible to manually make your own 2 CD set for it, but you'd have to redo the installer to prompt you when to switch discs, and divide the files on the disc up properly.

The DVD format has been out for almost a decade. It's a common expectation that most computers would have a drive to read them by now, especially with the ROM drives being as cheap as $20-30 US.

Just go buy a DVD-ROM......They're cheap, easy to install, and games are being transitioned to DVD format on PC (already all DVD format on consoles). Hell, if you get a DVD-ROM, you can put it where your CD-ROM was...same size, same slot, same cable...and DVD-ROMs read CD-ROMs.
