i think ev1 should bind together and donate their forum gil to me so i can enjoy the built in RPG game more =P

I think you should stop posting off topic things just to pad your post count...

Call POL and have them email/fax you all the charges that they supposed collected/did not collect and double check that with your bank statements. Email/fax them your proof and see if that will get them to fix it.

If you are ABSOLUTELY sure that the error was on their part and not yours (remember they charge in advance for service so this april's charge is for april-may not march-april), then call your bank and have them issue a charge back.

/sigh... like i said.. they charged me for march / april.. and last month they charged me for march.. so basicly they double charged me for march.. the cust service guy said there was nothing he could do and id have to file blah blah blah so i just droped it.. w.e they stole $$ from me like that other guy said.. one time.. ok.. do it again and then i guess ill raise a stink

so basicly i guess this thread acknowledged that POL steals $$ from ppl occasionaly.. seeing as at least 2 other ppl in this thread alone confirmed also being double charged for no reason..

i guess the moral is.. no one is perfect.. and when a big online game company steals your money.. u cant get it back

damn its enron all over again. its funny but my first char was doubled charged for my first month. first bill was for dec, the second bill came up as dec/jan. called my credit card. they infact billed me 2 times for dec.

its not like i cancelled accounts added new ones. changed C.C. then in that instance i could see why the error would occur, but they just F'ed up. it took me about a week for them to finally understand that they had screwed up. it was to the point i was just gonna give up an claim it like i had no free month.

They did it to me too before, I tried complaining but they were like "OMFG WE CAN'T TALK TO U BY EMAIL OKAY SORRY *IGNORE*" =3=;; I'm 16, so I can't call them and be like "dude, you charged me more." And my mum doesn't know wtf she's talking about to them. XD I was screwed. ; ;

Double charged me, but the next day the transaction was gone, so I only ended up paying for one month. =)

my bank sucks.. it cost $25 to do a chargeback.... considering ffxi only stole $15 itll COST me $10 to do a chargeback lol

guess its time for me to find a new bank
