I FINALLY got Carby's Ruby to drop for me last night! I was just about to give up. Saturday afternoon I had a friend help me for a few hours, and Saturday night I tried on my own a few hours. Sunday night I tried for a few hours again with no luck. Then last night I dragged 5 guys out there, and we were crushing leeches for two more hours before it finally dropped. EIGHT HOURS TOTAL! Leeches always came up as not worthwhile or easy, so I killed a TON!

Now I'm collecting the weather effects. It all better be worth it -_-

Getting to mules to Al-Zahbi. That's about all I've done for myself lately. I've been spending 4 days a week on Dynamis and helping my LS catch up on CoP

Finally got Rank 5 with a little help from my LS collegues to get through the castle to get the last magicite. Now with airship pass in had I can craft more freely as Ic an move around quicker between cities and also not spend 20 minutes or so on a choco everytime I want to change cities!

Wife got mad and deleted old character, started over and finally got back to level 10 this morning. I am hoping to ding 11 this evening when I get off work.

I managed to wipe my entire party by miscasting Dia on a Lizard in the Crawler's Nest.

Wait...that's not really anything to be proud of.

Note to self: Don't level WHM while you're under the influence of pain killers.

I can see that happening fairly easy. What gets me when a BLM 'accidently' uses an -aga spell, and doesn't realize it until four seconds later when the spell is finally cast

Why hello there four innocent bystanding lizards who are now ripping apart our party.

back in my early noob days I was levelling RDM in the dunes and got Diaga. I wasn't familliar with -ga spells and was figuring it worked like the old FF series spell systems. So I thought Diaga must be more powerful then Dia and cast it on a crab... that had a couple fishy friends nearby. That didn't end well.

This forum has been doing that for me for a while, it's really annoying because I like to go to the last post that I haven't read, but it takes me way back, to the beginning of some threads, to posts I've read several times by now.

Hit novice cooking and turned in boiled crabs for 3000+ guild points.
LS mate gave me Regen... learned Regen.
Chocobo was in high spirits, also got some cutscene saying it would be responsive to anything I gave it *shrug*. So, I walked him three times and ran his meter almost to nothing

lol, I was so psyched when I obtained my wizards petatos. The longest 5 minutes of my life traveling to obtain my reward. :p

Thank you, thank you. Now if I could just get someone to help me do the Oztroja part of G3, I'd go level again so I can wear it. Yeah, I know I can get to 60 before I finish G3, but I'd rather have it done in case I get a kick ass party that gets me a few levels at a time. I just like to be prepared.
