With my +1 gear I am. Wait until I put on my +2s. Then you're in trouble.
I'm also toying with the idea of taking 1/2 of my Ability merits out of AGI and putting them into INT instead. I just don't know the formula to calculate how much of a difference that amount of INT will make in my over-all effectiveness.
The old adage of "2 INT ~ 1 MAB" isn't really accurate but I've used it as a rule of thumb since I can't be arsed to maintain multiple nuking sets and keeping records of specific INT values for every mob I come across. For what it's worth I also have all of my merits in INT.

Reason: specificity
I'm just trying to decide how to gear my remaining slots that are not yet filled with +MaB. I'm also trying to figure out if I can replace any of my +MaB gear with +INT gear if the bonus to INT is significant enough to make a difference.
With the 3/1 ratio I'm working with... nothing seems to give enough of a benefit to make it worth it.
INT is supposed to affect magic accuracy (for black magic) in some capacity but I've never been able to pin down any hard math behind it.
First 10 points of INT above a mob's INT are 1 M.Acc each, every 2 points beyond that is 1 M.Acc. Back when the cap was 75 mobs had stat progression as slow as us except we're always on steroids/gear, so you were pretty much always in the 2 INT->1 M.Acc range unless you were something dumb like WAR/BLM. Don't know how mob stats have changed post-75, but outside of the HP/MP departments, probably not much.
Kind of tangential but I'm convinced that being lower level than the mob penalizes your Magic Acc in a similar way that it penalizes your Acc. I had decent success rate enfeebling Lv.60 mobs as PLD75/RDM37 without any elemental staves, INT gear or M.Acc gear.
I'm not 100% sure if level correction effects damage but I am fairly sure it effects M.Acc and therefore resist rate.
And post 75, mob stats are about the same really, it's just possible to low man a ton of Abyssea stuff due to a combination of the huge stats boosts you can buy. Atma and completely broken gear.
Okay that might just be the WHM AF3 gear that's OP but a NIN and WHM at any gear level as long (as it's not naked) can duo most of Abyssea so really all you need is a NIN and WHM as a bare minimum with a THF for TH and then a WAR and BLM for Weakness Targetting depending on what Items/Atma/Key Items you are farming
Got myself a Strendu Ring tonight. I'm too lazy to math it out right now, but I think this is a boost to my nuking set, but it's gonna end up taking up another inventory slot rather than replacing another ring because I'm too stubborn to let go of my INT rings in case the dINT on non-nuke black magic ever becomes critical. Also dINT helping with magic accuracy
ARGLEBLARG I AM A PERFECTIONIST RED MAGE!
I woke up and ran the math on it this morning and if I'm not horribly botching my calculations, Strendu Ring actually makes my current nuking set weaker. What a bummer.
Been farming Koios for almost 3 days now, I'm at 6/10--3 of which I started with, 1 of which I got from that terrible random seal quest. Is there any other NM's someone whose farmed BST seals can recommend? The ironclads seem like a PITA, but I'd be almost willing to brew them for the sake of finishing my last 4 seals as long as it has a good drop rate.
Just for the sake of clarification, I had yellow procs and a 99THF for more than 70% of those kills, and Yyg can attest to that.
